Thankyou for being so efficient and correcting the original errors. Ordered several shirts in past and always been great but sorting your rare errors quickly says more about you than delivering correct all time

Can't fault them at all! Very easy to manage subscription. So helpful and quick with changing shirt sizes and always had different shirts. My son is always excited to receive his. He just had the token gift for being subscribed for 1 year and was absolutely chuffed. Thank you.

Slow delivery. Also I see the preferred courier is Royal Mail but my order if it comes is being delivered by Evri.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration caused by the delivery issues. We completely understand your disappointment, especially with the change in courier and the slower-than-expected arrival of your mystery football shirt order.
We can confirm that we have recently changed to Evri as our delivery partner, and our system and communications have now been updated to reflect this going forward.
To resolve the issue you experienced, we did sent out a replacement order due to the original parcel not being received, and then end we issued you a full refund. we truly appreciate your patience while we put this right. We also fully understand how frustrating this situation has been.

I couldn't recommend mystery Jersey…
I couldn't recommend mystery Jersey enough my son for one for xmas and so he asked for another for his birthday, unfortunately through no fault of there own it got lost in the post and after reaching out to them they went above and beyond to make sure he had one for his birthday. Even adding a birthday messege and pack of footie cards its the little things that make this company they couldn't do enough and im sure we will be back to order again. Thanks again for all your help

Love the company. Get rid of Evri as delivery partner.
Love getting the football tops and the negative review is not about them product. It's about your delivery partner Evri. Then last 2 months they have received the parcel in good time. It has arrived at the local depot and then been delayed. Was due for delivery on Thursday and I am still waiting as again it has been lost or a problem with it.
Love then service but Evri are dragging you down sadly.
