Site frauduleux, à fuir
Il s’agit d’un site frauduleux et mensonger.
J’ai eu le lien via une vidéo sur Instagram.
Il s’agissait d’une publicité pour une mandoline de cuisine vendue à 9,95 euros.
Cliquant sur le lien, j’ai effectivement eu en visuel la mandoline mais lorsqu’il a fallu acheter, j’ai alors été victime de la fraude.
Je n’ai pas acheté la mandoline mais d’abord un soi disant abonnement VIP et puis lors d’une deuxième opération un crédit de la même somme.
La boutique est fantomatique, il n’y a rien et surtout la mandoline avait disparu.
Résultats : 2 prélèvements de 9,95 sans rien.
J’ai fait opposition à ma carte, heureusement car 24h plus tard l’entreprise tentait un nouveau prélèvement.
A FUIR et à dénoncer également

Customer service was good but don't understand why I had to leave review to get refund back. It said not to feel pressured into it but send another to emails asking to leave review before getting refund

They are big fraud company beware of there scam…
They are big fraud company they keeps you charging on the name of top up every week in the name of vip membership and credit top ups and they keeps charging your credit card without your approval..and they have partner scam website www.mystoregift..com and www.the skinpower..com do not provide your card details or fill any form..a big scam and they keep sending you support email and they will never refuns or send any order to your home address and they will keep cheating you till your bank is empty. DO not trust them and the reviews here or any platform are fake.

As this was my first time to join this market I thought that the money they are taking from my account I won’t be able to refund that but I received an email that as you unsubscribe we will refund the amount that was taking from your account.
actually I was afraid of losing the money and couldn’t buy anything.
