Appalling. If the price for delivery wasn't bad enough they then have the sheer audacity to send two items I ordered in one presentation box. I only ordered two items to make make the delivery worthwhile. How do they expect you to give these as gifts with only one box. Shocking. Avoid.

Amazing experience and service
I have ordered from this shop in the past and have always been pleased. The products are wonderfully built and well packaged. The silver is of high quality and does not cause problem with my skin. I have metal allergies and can tell very quickly the quality I'm dealing with! I give product 5 stars in that field. The selection is amazing and they never disappoint in details and beauty! The customer service is top notch and I also give them 5 stars on this as well! Highly recommend this store!! Very pleased!

The quality of the products can improve but considering the price i think is fine. I bought the Peach Blossom Ring that is described as 925 Silver Plated and the painting is peeling off. It is not real silver and the ring is oxidizing.
