Hi I did write a review say it to small and I'm a man with big hands so I need to get a size z but you seem to ignore it so I'm a little unhappy and would like to have one my size then I would be great thanks

Earrings were bigger than expected (the pictures didn't include on a model, so tricky to tell size) but they are lightweight and comfortable. Arrived really nicely packaged and came with free cleaning cloth. Very happy for the price.

I received my order today. I was disappointed because the jewelry didn't look exactly like the pictures on the website. Furthermore, the delivery came a long time after the order, that made me think it was lost, in addition to the fact that the website sent to me an email asking what was my opinion on it whereas I hadn't got the order yet.

The products are very nice, Page information 100% accurate. My earings arrived in the time frame promised, and the have proper individual packaging to take care the silver, also nice packages to storage them. Definitely buying again in the future.

It's very cute and looks almost identical to the picture. The chain is very different, and it makes the necklace look less elegant, but overall not bad.
Because it is not the same as the picture, I'm giving it 4 stars.

I like their products because of cute and unique. The most important thing also, I have a very sensitive skin which only can use gold and can’t accept cheap materials. But so far since their products are silver and gold, they are fine on me. This time I ordered two pairs of earrings and a necklace. The both earrings has arrived and they are very cute in my ear. The necklace a bit long to be send because I order the one has picture in it. I am so excited for that. Want to give that to my mom. previously, I ordered 2 necklaces and rings. I have been wearing one of the necklaces everyday since April until now is September. I never take it off when I am sleeping or showering, and they are still perfectly fine. Love it!

I personally ordered 4 things from Thaya back when it was starting out and I don't think you could have found the styles I chose elsewhere. Now that it's expanded and better established, it has reached quite a bit into the dropshipping area of business and hardcore ripping you off. I'd be sure to do image searches on every product prior to buying them.

I ordered a ring and it was exactly as described. It came beautifully packaged and I would definitely buy from Thaya again & recommend to friends and family.

I've ordered 3 pairs of earrings. 2 of them were ok. But the 3rd, the one I wanted the most (Ivy & elf) had nothing to do with the picture Thaya exposes on the website! The work is very poor and they're obviously not the same earrings! I'm so disappointed!! I wrote Thaya to tell them. The answered very politely but that doesn't explain the misleading advertising.
