Wunderschöner Schmuck und toller Kundendienst
Meine Erfahrungen sind echt gut. Es gibt Schmuckstücke, die ich liebe und die wirklich toll verarbeitet sind. Es ust toll, Schmuck zu tragen, den nicht jeder hat und der auch einzigartig designt ist.
Daneben gibt es aber auch Schmuckstücke, die leider nicht so toll sind, wie sie im Shop aussehen. Als ich dies dem Kundendienst meldete, waren sie aber extrem kulant und boten mir ohne weiteres an, entweder den Betrag erstattet zu erhalten oder ein anderes Produkt zu erhalten als Wiedergutmachung.
Der Kundenservice ist also wirklich äusserst hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The ring I purchased was described as stone and was really beautiful. What I got was a cheap adjustable ring with badly applied gobs of paint. Total rip-off.

Took a couple of weeks to arrive but was so well packaged. Came in a little gift box, so thoughtfully done. I purchased 3 sets of earrings and they are all as beautiful as they look on website. I also received two cute little bracelets and a polishing cloth for the jewellery. I was so so pleased with the purchase, the presentation and overall experience. Will definitely be purchasing again.
