Really strange and suspicious way to purchase online. They have this stupid process where they do not just ship your item after you have paid within 24 hours as stated on their website, they credit your credit card 1-20 cents, which you have to confirm the amount to them and also confirm your shipping address (again). Back and forwards with them asking why this happens (as it is very strange - almost scam like) and asking to speak to a manager (never called me) and I have still not be refunded, but rather they say: "we need to validate the transaction first as part of the security procedure before we can complete the order. This process will help us fight online frauds and for the security of our customers as well. If you prefer, we can go ahead and create a manual order, cancel, and refund this website order you can pay via direct deposit or pay with your credit card onsite if you wish to collect the item instead." No idea - I am not in the same state so why would I pick up?!?! Not a good experience at all and will be taking it further if I am not refunded within 24 hours.

Bought e bike last year and a larger capacity battery as a spare for Christmas, Mytopia is a reliable mob to deal with and quick delivery, I wish the bike team great success in 2021.

I have never experienced such poor customer service, both on email and in person! I asked if the product purchased 6pc rattan outdoor furniture would fit in a van or would require ute/trailer, this would have been the perfect time to inform me it was flat packed into 1 large 60kg box, instead they just emailed me measurement of each piece. Upon arrival everyone was rude from customer service to forklift guy. I had to reverse trailer to which i was not experienced and got myself in a corner, then i moved and was told i couldn't park but there was nowhere else i could fit, only to find out i didn't even need the trailer! Then i was offered ZERO help when it clearly states there is help at the seven hills pick up. I am a small lady and struggled to tighten the ratchet straps and had to approach for help, i got mocked and laughed at, what a disgrace.

I purchased a basketball hoop and stand for Christmas 2018 for my small grandchildren and the metal hoop has already rusted and broken away from the bracket which is attached to the backboard - they won’t replace the part for me and have told me to purchase it and pay postage for delivery and the part is out of stock - not impressed at all with their after sales support or attitude - puts me off buying from them again

I bought a Ebike from them and I have had a couple of problems, I sent a message and they got back to me straight away and fixed it I would highly recommend buying from them as the bike is great and the customer service is unbelievable would definitely buy from them again thank you so much

I purchased the Valk Ladies Vintage Ebike in September and have really enjoyed riding it almost everyday. It has become my go to travel for work, doing 20/30km per day.
Follow up support was exceptional when I needed some trouble shooting for the pedal assist. It’s not as compact as some ebikes out there but I would definitely recommend if you have the space.

I purchased a 9 stage battery charger to keep the battery on my wife’s car topped up. Great little unit. It’s working well and is very easy to operate.

Purchased Valk foldable e bike. From first contact with sales through to enquiry about operating the bike the service was exceptional. Good product, good price, delivery on time and after sales service excellent. This was among the top companies I have ever dealt with.

I thought I should take the time to say how pleased I am with the Valk Electric Bike I purchased.

It arrived yesterday, at least 4 days earlier than I anticipated, so I got quite the surprise to see that it had already been delivered.

I was a little hesitant buying a bike on-line, as I would have preferred to see and touch it.

The bike though has exceeded my expectations in quality and finish.

The assembly was very straight forward, and the complementary videos really helped.

It rides smoothly, and the extra electrical assistance up hill makes bike riding a joy.

I had to stop playing squash 3x per week because of Covid, so this is my new exercise.

Please pass on my appreciation to your team and Valk for their product.

These guys are really hard to work with. Even though their website says they ship in 24 hours, they have this stupid process where they wait more than 24 hours and process a small refund, which you have to confirm to them before they will ship the product you've already paid for. If you're at all keen to get your product then don't bother buying it here.

Not only is the Valk 29" electric bike I bought fantastic quality second to none. The service is also first rate which is just as important if a warranty issue comes up. Mytopia were very quick to answer and help with the issue I had. Very professional, I highly recommend them in this Era of poor quality Chinese ripoff with about the same quality of service from the Chinese business people. That has been my experience for several transactions now especially from Facebook. Now I would rather stay away from Chinese lack of quality.

Bike is superb for getting up hills. Lights are bright and strong.

Bought 2 of these bikes and really love them definitely better quality and finish than i expected from a bike of this price

This company hides behind a false facade. Do not believe the positive reviews. Their policy is unreasonable and the manner of their staff is atrocious. They are unapologetic and unhelpful when it comes to any sort of query. They will argue until the cows come home and outright refuse to provide customers with a refund despite being very well entitled to one. Spare your time, energy and sanity. Go elsewhere.

This company is unethical. Purchased a bike for a friend on spec as they have no showroom to try things out first. The bike turned out to be too big to ride safely. They claimed this was a "change of mind" so that they would not have to give us a refund. They also insisted on charging a 20% return fee, which would have been about $150. After much arguing, that was waived. Still no refund though. Please do not risk purchasing anything from this company as their business practices are unsound. They have kept $750 of my money and refuse to return it.
