Service was good and courteous. Did have a typo on a birthday on one of the boarding passes that caused a small delay. When this discrepancy was brought to our attention at the airport, we called and Fred went right to work on fixing the mistake. Was still able to catch the flight.

My experience went very smoothly. Fred did a wonderful job helping me book my flight last minute with ease.

Got help with everything no complaints

I must say that even through the government shutdown, that Fred at Mytravelhaus, made my difficult trip to Knoxville from OKC as pleasurable as possible. Fred was amazing, finding me great prices and even finding me another flight when my scheduled flight was cancelled. He also made all of the rental car arrangements. Sent me my boarding passes, and any information that I needed pertaining to all of my travel arrangements and rental car. He found me a quicker flight and even checked in with me periodically, even close to midnight to make sure I was doing okay. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a trip to go any smoother and I highly recommend TravelHaus, and especially ask for Fred! I will definitely use them again on any future travels. Thanks Fred! You are the BEST! Your company is lucky to have you!

Hi this experience was overall great, at first I was a little skeptical since it's a 3rd party you are going through but I got my tickets and everything turned out great thanks to Fred

As to be expected there were a couple of small hiccups when trying to get the cheapest flight possible, at the very last minute.
Fred was AWESOME! He called to check on me make sure I arrived on time they are a great company. If you have any concerns just give them a call. If things aren't happening as fast as you expected, take a breath, exhale and have just a little patience. Fred has you covered!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS “COMPANY”!! I strive to not be lured in by scams, but this site had all the bells and whistles of an honest travel site. Fortunately, my sister and I figured this out before being completely duped. I called 2 days before my flight and the men who we called to learn why I was not receiving updated notifications in my email were incredibly rude. I was told that my credit card had not been charged yet and “let’s look to see what the rates are now” ??? We knew almost immediately when they started being rude to us that the company was not legit, because in America, if you ever worked in retail, you know that a respectful customer is “always right”. We were told by an honest representative from an airline that this
“company” which seems comprised of two men with seemingly fake names like “Fred,” that the airline tries to stop their activity, but they keep changing their name. BUYER BEWARE: IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE..IT IS NOT TRUE!!
