Avoid this travel agent at all costs.

I booked my flights through Travelz, also known as Business Flight, during a very difficult time following the passing of my mother. The agent confirmed that my booking included two checked bags, and this was clearly stated on my ticket.

However, when I arrived at the airport for my return flight, the airline informed me that only one checked bag had actually been booked. As a result, I was forced to pay £758.80 at the airport for my additional luggage, which contained items I needed to bring to my family.

I immediately contacted the travel agent, who told me that he would recover the money from the airline and arrange a refund. Now he is denying responsibility and refusing to help resolve the issue.

What makes this even more upsetting is that this happened during an already difficult period in my life. Instead of receiving the service I paid for, I was left with unexpected costs, unnecessary stress, and a complete lack of support.

I have all the proof, including my ticket showing the baggage allowance, correspondence with the travel agent, and receipts for the £758.80 I was forced to pay at the airport. The facts are fully documented.

Based on my experience, I found this company unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for its mistakes. I will never use them again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking with them

Just came back from Dubai, My wife and kids are amazed to be there and loved every part of it.

Amazing sales team to support and admin department keep you aware of the all the plus & minus of the scenario you are spending into.

Steve has been the superman for us for our Vacation we have been waiting for last 2 years. It got postponed due to covid but he & Crystal got us there and made my wife booked Maldives.. LOL..

Amazing honeymoon booking from Crystal. We were confused with too much options from different vendors, but to be honest Crystal was one of few option we had to be too good to go with.

Amazing experience we had with the team, Crystal & Rob for the admin work he did for us back and forth.

Excellent service by Crystal. It took me a little while to decide what package We wanted to go for. But Crystal was patient and answered all my questions promptly to ensure I was happy with our package holiday.
This is a special holiday to the Maldives as it’s our 15th wedding anniversary next year. We have gone all out with accommodation and I can’t wait to enjoy it and was really happy with the price. Thanks again for all your help Crystal.

We wanted to thank the Mytravelz, for making our holiday perfect. We just completed 5 days in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast in Italy. We enjoyed it very much, all the trips were such fun, and we especially appreciated Patrick for well planning. Thank you guys!

I had an excellent service from the agents when I was trying to rebook my flight as I was unable to fly due to illness. The team was very polite and helpful. I will recommend Brussels Airlines to anyone who may want to travel.

I have used Mytravels on multiple occasions. Crystal is the best, she has gone out of her way to assist me, including rebooking due to Covid. Making sure I have the flights I want. Great customer service, prompt replies.
