I got my Trini Box delivered to me on time and I love the box this package is so strong my children couldn’t wait to share the snacks with their friends the Kruma and fudge they loved it.

Overrated
I wish I could have kept the actual box for a keepsake but it was very dirty! Wished it was shipped in another box. The products are very small on packages and overrated! Regret paying for 4 boxes. I had contacted customer support and no one responded.

Hi Melissa, we're sorry you feel that way. There is no way to tell the condition the boxes will be delivered in. While our boxes are specifically created for its sturdiness to withhold during shipping, it is expected that it will not be delivered clean. The box you are referring to would have been our Christmas box, the items were clearly advertised not only on our website but through social media and emails. We hope the other boxes are more impressive to you.
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They do not respond to emails and will not tell you when to expect your boxes. I signed up for this service almost six weeks ago and have reached out over 5 times via email. Notice they have no phone number for customer service. Additionally, you have to "cancel" the service but notice on their website how they have no instructions or links on "how to cancel" your subscription. Very shady and fraudulent.

Hi Derwin, there is no record of you ever having placed an order with us. Can you provide your order number if this is the case? As you can see, there are multiple reviews that prove that we are a in fact an actual trustworthy business.
If you were indeed a subscriber, in your portal there would be an option to cancel. This further proves that everything you are stating is inaccurate. Have a great day!

Hi Caroline, you did in fact order our "Eid Indian Arrival day" box as was advertised hence the selection of items in the box.
Our boxes are seasonal and go hand in hand with the celebrations on the islands at that point in time. This season we celebrated Eid Ul Fitr as well as Indian Arrival Day. Next time we are open to answering any questions before purchases are made.

Ordered them on Monday 8th May paid 4.90 for standard 10 day delivery and arrived (yesterday) on the friday 12th.
Chocolate came fully packed in great packaging. Not one chocolate bar broken lol. My partner is over the moon and im in his good books lol. Will defiantly be a regular now to this website. Xx fantastic service. Xx didnt need to make contact as everything in check out was stated before i pressed confirm . Thanks guys and gals x

Number 1 in my book!
My uncle was delighted to get the box, but he was like a child again when he actually opened it! Of course, he ate the black cake first! The box was definitely a hit!

took a while but it was 1000% worth it, it was a bday gift for my dad who is trinidadian, but we live in canada and only get stuff from trinidad when family goes, and we had just run out of our berties hot sauce and one surprisingly came in the box and he was so happy with all the other snacks
