Scam site. As soon as I realised they were faking their location I realised it was a scam but unfortunately Paypal wouldn't refund. Avoid at all costs.

When I ordered this via online through Dunedin, I was so surprised to find out that the location of the shop was in fact from Fujan, China. I thought I had been scammed and sent them an email and they replied promptly informing me that the sweater is on its way. I received it after 4 weeks. It took a while but I received updates every day. My friend was very pleased with the BTS hoodie sweater. It looks exactly like the picture and the sweater's material is very nice. I will order again.

You may as well buy these off wish and pay far less. I purposely looked up a nz company and as other say, they have a Dunedin address. 1 month later and still waiting as they are shipped from China. Do NOT recommend this company.

Very peeved when I discovered my order was coming from China - website deceptive and misleading as appears as NZ business with Dunedin address etc. Christmas present looks like it’ll be for next Christmas- not happy!

Having just read these reviews, I too an incredibly disappointed to find out this is not a New Zealand based company from Dunedin. Pretty pissed off actually as I looked for ages to find one on a nz site. Now I won't have a gift for someone for Christmas. NOT HAPPY!

Thought this was a New Zealand based company in Dunedin!, wrong this is based in china. Tee Shirt arrived after 4 weeks, was surprised that the quality was pretty good for the price. Would rather buy New Zealand made so was missleading in that aspect- website address and company address state NZ. Found that my emails to the company regarding long delivery answered quickly. Would buy again but at least 1-2 months before needing for a gift.

Beware. I thought I was buying from NZ but no! The stuff is coming from china and who knows when it will arrive! I was so pleased with my idea and selections , now I feel stupid and disappointed. Do NOT order from this site. Too unreliable. 😣

Ordered these for a baby shower, after seeing it'd be here in 10 - 15 days. It took two months to arrive. I had given up hope on receiving anything. I contacted to arrange a refund, they have completely ghosted me.

Please don't buy from here. If you have and you are reading this, I am so sorry!

Well, I'm an idiot! I really should have done my research. I too fell for the NZ address and thought I'd be dealing with someone in NZ. Once I received my China Post tracking number, I wrote an email about their misleading and deceptive practices thinking someone on the other end may care, but it turn out to be their business model.

It has been so long that I had completely forgotten about my order until today. My only hope now is that I will be one of the few lucky ones that eventually gets their t-shirt. It may be a nice surprise someday, but for now, I'm writing it off as a loss.

I wish I had of done reviews on this company prior to purchasing. They are not NZ based and I have been supplied a tracking number from china. We are investigating to see if the tracking number is legitimate and we dont now expect to see this hoodie until after Christmas or at all looking at the feedback.

Further to my previous review 5 days ago..the t.shirt finally arrived. However, not before I emailed this Co. threatening action & taking it further with PayPal. Fyi, sent emails to: info at mytshirts.co.nz (appears you can't post email addresses in these reviews) LoL!
Not bad quality, quite surprised after all the poor reviews, generous sizing & best of all, my grandson loves it.
Message to 'mytshirts, "NZ" : Do not treat other people (your Customers!) with such disdain. Do not FALSIFY your website information in an effort to make sales. This is very DISHONOURABLE - in any language.

Message to potential buyers: Avoid this company. I too thought I was 'supporting local' (a NZ company) but it is BASED IN CHINA!!

I have revised my review to 3 stars only because our dear grandson was very happy with his 'Beyblades' t.shirt.
A month of hassle for this grandma was barely worth it. Again, BUYER BEWARE!

I was just about to order a couple of tee's for xmas gifts and thought id check out the company reviews first....thank god I did!!!! I Will NOT be ordering now after reading all the terrible reviews. Thanks everyone for saving me the money loss and headache.

Shipment took three weeks and 1 day from China! Like everyone else, was misled by website to believe it is a NZ company. It was meant to be a gift (missed the occasion).
T Shirt quality and print actually good, but sizing no good, kids 12 is more like womens size 14. I notified nz domain names commission, but company doesn't need to be nz based / owned to have a .co.nz domain name.
Buyer Beware - lesson learned for me - check companies office for owner details to verify their association with NZ, AND reviews!

While they have a NZ address noted down, their stock ships from somewhere in Asia. They have a policy that states if an order takes longer than 30 days to arrive then they will either allow a replacement or a full refund. I ordered something for my father’s birthday (which is in late November) but I placed the order in early October. It took TWO MONTHS to arrive.
The shipping never updated and when I reached out all they said was “allow us more time” so I did. After 30 days passed, I requested my refund because I already figured it wouldn’t arrive at all or it would arrive too late for my father’s birthday anyway. They copy pasted the exact same response “allow us more time” and didn’t acknowledge the refund policy.
I emailed them several times and they just went radio silent. No tracking updates. No reply emails. Nothing. Their number is fake and nobody will ever pick it up. I couldn’t even find their supposed NZ address but I did find details of an owner operating from China. I think this is essentially a scam.

I usually never leave bad reviews, I don’t like being that person and I typically give rough customer experiences the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had a bad day, whatever. But this is so far beyond acceptable that I feel compelled to warn anyone considering buying anything from this company.

They won’t give you your money back when they inevitably fail to ship the item reasonably or in good quality. They will not respond to calls or emails. The shirt that came was wide and not long, basically a crop top even though I ordered a Male x-large for my father.

So, in short:
- Terrible communication
- Extremely long shipping times
- Poor quality products
- Fake phone number and NZ address
- Refusal to provide refund despite the refund policy stating one would be provided for a late or missing order.

Do. Not. Purchase. Anything. From. This. Company. They. Are. A. Scam.

Update24/1/22...10 weeks after ordering.. and repeated requests for tracking info which I get no replies to...in process of trying to get a chargeback on my credit card..however just today my bank has contacted me saying the merchant bank have denied my claim for a chargeback as they have proof parcel has been delivered...so I open attachment with documentation....shows completely different name to mine and completely different address in different city! I didn't even check your see in that address was fake like their website one is..I was so wild! So have emailed my bank again showing them proof of my name and address on my order receipt...this is getting beyond a joke now! WARNING.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! made to look like a new Zealand website..it isn't! The contact details in nz are fake . Unfortunately I did not see these reviews before I ordered. But seen them a few hours after I ordered and I emailed them to cancel my order . Got a very brief reply " parcel had already been sent" ( which is lies as it takes a couple of days for PayPal payments to clear so I knew it was a lie that it would of been sent within 12hrs of order ) so I replied and said can I have the tracking number then . That was 2 weeks ago..I got no reply . So emailed again today asking for tracking number . Another brief reply saying the parcel was missed by the courier?? Can they send me another one ....just more lies ..I doubt I will receive anything after reading other reviews. Will try for a chargeback on my credit-card ...but avoid , avoid, avoid!!!

(Also be aware of a 2 very similar companys called shirtnz, and myshirts.co.nz ...websites looks very similar , faking to be nz companies..and reviews are shocking just like these ones..would say it is probably run by the same crowd!!!!)

Over 2 months to get the products. T shirt material is very thin. Contacted them but got no response as was getting impatient. Hoodies are way overpriced but seem ok quality. Shipping beyond a joke expensive. Products are made to seem like they are a quality product from NZ but only after you pay and you see a tracking number you realise they are coming from China and are lesser quality. I can almost guarantee their actual value is under half of what i paid. Would never use their website again. Sizing is hard to tell. I may have got a size or 2 too small for my niece and nephew as hard to tell by measurements alone when buying a gift.

Went to buy a shirt and just before clicking order after putting in all my details I decided to find reviews. Thank god lol

Like the reviews already posted I have basically been duped into believing this was a NZ business. It was only once I got the e-tracking email that any indication of China Post (Guangzhou) appeared. Also when I googled myshirts.co.nz there was NO review site that came up. It is almost a month after my order did this review site appear at the top of the list when I searched. I'm ticked off as it's not NZ and the sizing will be wrong.
Unfortunately posting this review will not help as the people at myshirt are scammers. Will be interesting to see when & what I receive.

Wish they had a review section on the website. Order in September 2021. Assumed they would arrive in time for my boys birthday in late October, as the address was from Hamilton. (They also have a Dunedin address)Thought great should be here in time yes I considered the covid shipping issues. Only when I received tracking details that I realized they were coming from China.. tshirts still haven't arrive and we are now 13th November. I emailed they keep saying give a extra 7 days.. I am currently going though paypal to try and get a refund... and considering I paid $29 for shipping you would of thought it would have arrived in decent time.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.. I will be trying to get the word out about this scam store on social media so no one else has to go though what I and above have been though.
