Highway robbery with a new name.
It all seems extremely easy and cost effective, until you come to shipping your products. I was given 3 options that were equal to or more than the value of the goods being shipped. When I consulted A1 for comparison, I was told this was 4 or 5 times what I should be paying. Luckily I had the £460 to ship the goods or I would have started incurring £7/day storage charges. The 5 days express delivery quoted ended up being 2 weeks, which is not what I paid for. All in all its a great scam. You have no way of retrieving your goods unless you ship them somewhere. They will not release them to a third party.

Firstly, our pricing covers the complete forwarding process including receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing, and international shipping, rather than just a basic courier label. Regarding the shipping cost itself, we can see that the volumetric weight of your specific shipment was higher than its actual physical weight. International couriers always charge based on the greater of the two, which means the physical space the box takes up on a plane determined the final rate.
Global shipping costs and delays are also currently elevated across the industry. Ongoing conflicts in the Middle East have severely disrupted air routes, driving up cargo demand, fuel surcharges, and overall FedEx rates. These same global airspace disruptions were likely to have caused the unfortunate carrier delay. I sincerely apologise that your express delivery took two weeks instead of five days. Please note that we do state that the shipping timeframe for FedEx on our pricing page is an estimation only.
I also want to address the storage and collection concerns. Your plan actually includes 40 days of completely free storage, and the daily storage fee of £0.50 per package only applies if goods remain in our facility past that free limit. Finally, our policy against third party courier collections is a strict security protocol designed to protect all customer inventory in our warehouse, and absolutely not a scam.

Have used them previously and they show expensive options and cheaper Royal Mail options.
I checked all options were still there before forwarding my parcel to them.
This time when my parcel arrived they would only show very expensive options to Australia even though other retailers send for a third of this price.
I have called them by phone but they do not answer and promise to call back yet they do not.
Very disappointed with this service

Order turn-around in UK
At this stage I can only comment on the quick turn-around of my order in the UK as I am still waiting for delivery to my address in New Zealand.
