Dear Adnan,
We're very sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. The unfortunate delay was the result of the IRS taking significantly longer to process EIN applications in cases like yours. During that time, our team followed up multiple times on your behalf, but unfortunately the IRS was unable to provide updates until the EIN was issued.
We're glad that the EIN has since been finalized and your order was completed back in June. We truly value your patience and understanding, and we’ll continue working hard to provide a smoother experience moving forward.
All the best,
MyUSACorporation team
