Great company I have purchased thier product and it came safely package and in good condition. It was as described in the add and does what it says. I am very happy with my the product.

I found the company to be genuine and very helpful with delivery queries.
I saw the Vitality Pro 3.0 on Facebook and was initially very hesitant to place an order from a social media site. I have not done so before.
I eventually went ahead and placed the order but remained sceptical around the authenticity of the company.
However I received the item 9 days later.
It is a good quality item and exactly as advertised.
I am very pleased with my purchase and love the choice and variety of settings to suit individual requirements and preference.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!! It is a scam and does not work! It is a headache to get your money back or a refund!! DON’T DO IT!! I Wish I would have read other people’s reviews before I purchased this toy!!

After a surgery, I suffered from constant tension in my neck and was desperately looking for relief. I came across an ad for MagicPro 3.0 on Facebook and decided to give it a try, hoping it could help.
After using it for two weeks, I can honestly say it made a real difference. Whatever technology it uses, it truly helped ease my neck tension, and I feel much better now. The relief I was dreaming of finally became real.

These people are scam artists! I haven’t opened the product and have been trying to request a refund for over 4 weeks now. They keep saying they are reviewing and that it takes time to review the return shipping label. Their website says returns are guaranteed no questions asked. It’s a total scam. Not a cheap product. They are total frauds. Buyer beware. I should have looked at the other reviews because they all say the same thing. They need to be reported.

My neck is really bad . I don’t want to have surgery. I came across with the Vitality. I was not sure if it would work. The secret is you don’t need patches to change. So as soon as got it I felt amazing. My migraines diminished to a 2 coming from a 10. The pain in the neck got much better. From a 6 down to a 1. I never thought this little gadget would help me with my migraines for seven years. Vomiting six times the first day. The episodes lasted six days. I was so desperate. I am taking medication and I do my stretches. But it is not enough. My body got used to the medication. Heat helps. The cord didn’t last that long. So they are sending me one for free. Now the 2.0 is out there to buy . I will wait to use the old one. Thank you so much for let me feel better. Yesterday I had an episode . It was nasty. I am waiting for the charging cord. I bought three more things from this company. Have a good day.

I bought this product for my husband who struggles with vertigo and vagal nerve imbalance and so far this appears to be helping.

I received this product in August of 2025, I tried to use it many times over the next week but I could never get one of the 4 electrodes to sufficiently work. I emailed the company and was told that they could not give me an RMA to return the merchandise because they were too busy and that they would get back to me. I tried to be patient and continued to correspond with support for a couple of months and they continued to tell me they were so swamped with other people requesting returns that they couldn't give me an RMA so that I could return the product AS GUARANTEED. This product is CRAP and the company is a FRAUD!

The heat and the gentle pulses make the muscles around my neck feel much less tight

I like that it's very simple. Three buttons and that's it. It automatically shuts off after 10 minutes which is nice because you don't have to think about it. My neck feels much more flexible when turning my head.

I had bought a cheaper massager online before and it basically did nothing. This one actually feels like the EMS therapy clinic. Once you figure out the modes, it works really well
