I tried getting loan and got same response
I tried getting a first time loan with this company, and got following reasons:
• The date received has changed.
• The amount earned has increased.
• The amount earned has decreased.
• Income is under the $500 limit.
• Payer details have changed.
• A new income account is being assessed
Don't understand their assessment. Maybe a way to get personal info. Their loss if they don't want me to be a customer.

Well I thought things were going ok until I entered my banking information for it ro tell me I can't connect my bank because of security on it and to enter a new bank and ro have that one to tell me that they don't support it and I ask you why are these place's offering help to people when they don't have what people need they make it impossible to believe them or anyone else because they are all just a bunch of inconsiderate people that don't care about you or me so don't waist your time I actually had high hopes for this company 🤔 boy I was sure wrong

We wanted to inform you about the process of establishing a bank feed with your account. To facilitate this connection, we use Plaid, a secure financial technology platform. However, some banks with full Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or third-party access restrictions may not be fully compatible with Plaid at this time.
If your bank updates their MFA Functions - from time to time, they will do this, we have Plaid attempt to re-connect. Due to security factors, sometimes Plaid will not connect.

Wage pay is awesome. Filled out application and received my money with an hour. I was struggling and didn’t know what I was doing to do until I get paid. Found wage pay and they helped me. Definitely going to use wage pay again in the future.

Gave a 1 because zero isn’t an option. Their algorithm is terrible. Does not detect pay dates, despite inputting pay cycle when creating the account, keeps insisting that I make less than $500 because it can’t figure out biweekly pay. Contacting customer service gives you alternate excuses. Terrible, just terrible. 😣

The amount earned has Increased.
The amount earned has Decreased.
Income is under the $500 Limit.
The payer details have changed.
A new Income account is being assessed.
There were also reasons outlined to you via our inbox, It's a shame we're not able to help everyone however we do assess customers off what their bank tells us, and we do asses Biweekly customers with no issues.
We appreciate your tenacity to get this resolved, however the matter of your income, and banking is out of our control as you can understand.
