My advisor helped me to better understand what is involved in retiring at a certain age and in identifying my aims/wishes. Helpful in explaining the best way to contribute out of the pension schemes I use and consideration of tax efficiency. It was the most useful chat I have had regarding pension advice and I felt the advisor genuinely had my best interests at heart which was a refreshing change. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using my wealth for advice on pensions and general financial issues for several years. advisors are clear and helpful breaking down information so it’s understandable and accessible … figures are not my strongest suit ! Importantly. It’s not one size fits all .. advice and options are tailored to your specific requirements and they are been happy to run different scenarios that may meet need. Had my annual review today with Luke, who told me exactly how my portfolio was performing and answered clearly, concisely and professionally any questions I had.

We had previously contacted a different financial advisor who was recommended to us, but the fees were very high and considerably higher than MyWealth's. We were therefore a bit wary when we first engaged with MyWealth.

However, Anthony, during several meetings, was very patient with us and explained how best we could invest our retirement funds, as well as funds which we had with other fund managers, and did not pressure us to make quick decisions or change funds to MyWealth. He explained several times what the investment and tax implications are and gave us time to make decisions during a very stressful period of our lives. He also gave us advice on how to deal with some funds that we wanted to keep in our accounts for various purposes, and that was also very helpful. I feel we are now much better informed and set up financially. Both my husband and I are very grateful for Anthony's advice and feel confident that we can come back to him if we need further advice. Thank you very much; your knowledge and patience are very much appreciated.

I would strongly advise anyone to give this company a wide berth. I went with them after I did a pre-retirement course through the NHS. The advice seemed sound and included my partner, so we ended up transferring her defined contribution pension (roughly 80k) and my savings over to them. After a year, it became clear that their very high charges would wipe out any growth and that we'd lost quite a significant amount of money, in comparison to having put it elsewhere. I then invested the same amount of money with Vanguard and made a decent return with them, in far less time.

Shame on the NHS and any other employer who allows them to do this. Their fees are simply far too high and this is their priority, not your investment. There are plenty of companies who don't charge anywhere near the amount of set up fees and ongoing fees these do, so my advice would be to go with them instead.

Ben was great, he listened to my needs and explained everything thoroughly with me. The consultation was over an hour and very in depth. I will be in touch nearer the time of my retirement for him to help me on my journey. Thanks Ben.

Friendly & very knowledgeable financial advisor. Reviewed my pensions and savings status with no obligation. No pressure to invest and fees explained up front. Decided to go with a my wealth general investment account as I was very impressed with the company. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the initial transfer of funds is a little opaque in that I had to phone/email the company to check that the various payments had been received. You do get an email alert but this doesn’t mention the amount and it takes time for the balance to be shown on their portal. Apart from this, highly recommended.

we were not rushed into making a decision weather to invest or not, took several zoom meetings for all the pros and cons to be explained, i am the sort of person who does not keep all my eggs in one basket, and that is still the case, but happy to invest some of them

As a new customer, I would recommend My Wealth. My advisor, Danny, was patient, friendly, professional and clearly explained my options to put me in the best pension position. The process was very efficient and required minimum effort on my part, but I now feel I understand what is required to retire early. I wished I'd had the conversation years ago.
