DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took our customers money then sent us a long list of ridiculous demands before paying us back.... Customer Support is a joke ...the hole thing is a scam to make interest from your money.

I’ve had a great experience with Paz at Zeller UK. Her customer service is absolutely amazing — she is always kind, polite, professional and extremely efficient at getting problems resolved.
Whenever I’ve had an issue with my card terminal or account, Paz has gone out of her way to help and has managed to sort out the majority of my problems quickly. She is genuinely a huge asset to the Zeller UK team.
To be completely honest, the level of service and support I receive from Paz is one of the main reasons I’ve continued to stay with Zeller UK. Excellent customer service and she deserves recognition for it. Thank you, Paz!

I’ve been using the Zeller card reader and overall I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to use, payments are quick, and the system is simple to manage. The setup was straightforward and it has made taking card payments much easier for my business. So far, I’ve had a very positive experience.

Zeller has saved my life to accept card payments for my sales, never had a issue with them, fees are cheap enough and money goes in bank the following working day.. would never use any other company accept zeller, great customer service, friendly, and helps if any issues and solves them immediately, would recommend zeller to anyone,

Zeller is a much better payment option for us, the fee percentage is one third less than SumUp, the transaction time when someone is paying is faster, and we've not experienced the all-too-frequent drop outs in service and signal with Zeller. Their terminals are modern and customisable with our logo on display on the screen. Altogether better and we're glad we moved to Zeller.

Their terminal is excellent. I run 3 different businesses and can have different sections for each on the same terminal. The app is fantastic and lets me track all my sales etc. The app also allows me to make invoices very easily which saves plenty of time as a business owne!

Since switching to Zeller from a rival company our experience has improved dramatically. No problems with connection throughout the day, easy to transfer to our own account and machine has ample charge for the day.

I have been using various card payment providers through years. Moving to Zeller was pretty straight forward, system works, really like that the card reader has multi-network SIM so anyone can operate it and no need to hot spotting. Device works well, no issue with transactions, strong network connection, quick deposits into the account. I have provided some feedback and it was implemented so it's nice to know that they listen and action it.

Since first getting the card machine and working with Zeller I would say that they remain very efficient, professional and competitive. Their App is very easy to use and gives me the information that I need and the money gets credited into my bank on the next day.

After having nothing but problems with our previous payment terminal from another provider, I spent ages researching the different options before deciding to go with Zeller. Looking back, I honestly wish we'd made the switch sooner!
From the moment we ordered, everything has been so easy. The terminal arrived within two days, took just minutes to set up, and is really straightforward to use. It's fast, responsive, and processes payments almost instantly.
As a small business, we spend a lot of time trading at busy markets and events, so having a reliable card machine is absolutely essential. One of the biggest surprises has been how well it handles signal. Even at packed events where reception can be a bit hit and miss, it's stayed connected without any issues. After what we'd experienced before, that's been such a relief!
The customer service has been brilliant too. When i have contacted them, they've replied quickly, been incredibly helpful, and genuinely friendly. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that really seems to care about its customers.

Started with Zeller only a few days ago, and my overall experience so far has been excellent. Terminal arrived within 2 days. Many thanks to Ian Lau for setting everything up. I bumped into a slight snag with my first customer transaction (probably my fault, pressing something wrong on the terminal) I called Paz in customer support and she had both myself and my customer sorted in no time. Great rates, cool looking terminal 👍. Even got my company logo loaded on as a screensaver 🤣.... What more can you ask for. Thanks so much guys from Dave at EverRise Mobility.
