This is such a scam! I can't remember ever having signed up for this, but it started showing up in my inbox over 10 years ago so I might have. Over the years I've tried to have them close my account many times, but it just doesn't happen. I've even involved the my local data protection authorities (Denmark) but they couldn't (wouldn't?) do anything about it bc it's a US company. So this is my last resort. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

J'ai comparé N1M avec les autres plateformes plus traditionnel tel que Spotify. Et bien les écoutes sont multipliés par 1000 sur 1 mois. Certe,il faut prendre un compte premium. Mais il y a une nette différence ! Pour ceux qui veulent se faire connaître et n'attendent rien en retour la première année. C'est le site ou il faut commencer. Sachez que vous pouvez ajouter des liens afin qu'on puisse acheter vos œuvres, Bandcamp par exemple. L'investissement est raisonnable comparé a d'autres plateformes où l'on est beaucoup moins écouté.

Its a great for a free promotion service but you can only use one song. Also in 2014 my account was stolen and ID nicked and email address ended up on the dark web. No compensation offered, not even a free subscription but I will keep using it for free but not pay as their is no guarantee you will make enough to get your money back never mind profit. I will stick with my distributer and record label for that.

so... here I AM writin' this review which I could've done years and years ago,,, since day 1 one I got that''' n1m''' was rubbish but I let them believe that it was all right to me,,,never ever have I given them no money at all whenever they offered something that might sound good...I just played with them for some time,,,at least 10 years,,,false e'mails,contacts and above all the PICTURES, they're all alike ,maybe robbed here and there,,,I can't understand why it is still on the web such stuff,,, everybody is almost always top charting,,,I suppose lots of artists just use it as I did just for some frutless exposure,,in the end ,just some time ago I decided to stop kidding with this invisible not even virtual as everthing is....cancelled everything and asked to have my account deleted and guess what,,, I remembered I had unsuscribed and thought well to log in....lo and behold, the site has disappeared there is no connection from my pc, maybe my IP,,,,,, SORRY FOR THOSE WHO BELIVED,,,but to belive that you must be real NAIVE...no offence meant...just cold fact...so in short that's my story ...

... well now all I can say is... all of these so called MUSIC SITES should pay us for our Music,(( as it was in the old days of MusicBusiness...)) but we let them fool ourselves because you long for FAme, but let me tell you.... if you give money to these folk or frutless music web sites: you deserve to be fooled... 'cus this means you're so Naive... got it...cold fact. no offence meant to anybody.

Full scam! Signed up my band there about 12 years ago after receiving their ad email. Later I wanted to delete the account, because I don’t use it and it just spams my email account. For 10 years I have been trying to delete my account, but I can’t, because they just don’t have that option. The AI bot that answers is just a useless waste of time, because you cannot even communicate with the bot. As you click to send your message, N1M message to promote your song, upload your song, etc come up. There is no way of deleting account. It has been made impossible by N1M! How is that possible. Dear americans, you have there consumer protection agenicies. Sink that scam company. I have unsubscribed from their emails, yet I still receive them. If that were a European company, it would be dumped into oblivion by consumer protection agencies here in Europe. How that company is still around in the USA, I fail to understand. My advice is to stay away from that company if you want to have control over your creation, your data, and the spam in your inbox.

Endless spam in my email despite 'unsubscribing'. I never even signed up for this service. I can not delete my account from the settings, and their site is too buggy to let me contact their support, if they even have one. I have no idea what this site is abiut, but it smells like a scam. Stay away.

The email started to show up from this website and let me upload three songs for free from my trombone LED Jazz Quartet CD and they claim I've had over 30,000 plays on there and I've never given them a dollar I've only recommended other people for their free blincoins and they claim that I've been number one on their charts in New Mexico for ever. They probably tell everybody that. I'd never give them any money because I'm 70 and retired. I don't give a shit who hears my CD from 26 years ago.

I am concerned for artists, like my partner, who want so much to see their music "up in lights" that they can be seduced into paying membership fees to companies like this one. 94% have given 1 star to N1M (Number One Music) on Trust Pilot, but do they go to Trust Pilot, after the horse has bolted?

I always believe that anything that seems too good to be true, usually is. I have been looking into N1M, because this morning, my partner announced that he is No.1 in the NumberOneMusic charts and he was ecstatic. I couldn't share his joy, because I had already read up about the website, and shared my knowledge, but he still likes seeing his song in lights; No.1 in the charts (ahead of Lewis Capaldi's song 'Survive') who wouldn't!? For him, it doesn't matter that the company may be bogus; seeing 1000s of fans following him, and his name and song in the number one spot is all that matters, and I cannot blame him.

It is almost like, the fake is real, seeing your song in the No.1 spot is all you ever wanted, so who cares, if the company may lack credibility?

Many artists believe that their music is the best thing since sliced bread, so when they see thousands of followers (millions if you buy the diamond package), this website supports the inflated view some may have of themselves.

Craving for validation is in our nature. There are so many artists who want to believe in the credibility of companies like N1M, who actually acknowledge and praise them, so much so, artists sign up, and when the trial period shows such large movement and 1000s of fans, it is difficult to withdraw. You've been drawn in.

I am just asking that you read up on them before you make any decisions. For some it is too late. I hear it is practically impossible to delete them, or get out of any 'contract' Requests to cancel, go ignored, so just tread carefully.

I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from N1CM (Number One Capital Markets) since March 19, 2025, and my transaction is still marked as Pending (Transaction ID: 139444).

Despite multiple follow-ups via email and live support, and even after contacting their regulator MISA (Mwali International Services Authority), I have not received my money, nor a satisfactory explanation.

I’m sharing this to warn others and to hold N1CM and MISA accountable. If you’re considering using N1CM, please proceed with extreme caution.

spam, can't delete account, and more problems.

I signed up several years ago and posted a few in-house demos, but caught on real quick what was going on. Y'all. The messages to "you", are usually (like 99%) generic and fake. I had a ton, but only one used my first name. One actually messages me twice, about 2 years apart, with the same message verbatim. Want you music heard? Use legit sites like CD Baby or Distro Kid.

I'm not sure what everyones problem is but I never paid for N1M and I receive lots of mail from fans and other artists I always end up on the top 100 . I get real plays and likes constantly and I've made real fans that keep coming back for more of music and ask for updates when I put out new music . I get more interaction on N1M than SoundCloud!
