Preordered the Gingerbread & Sugar Plum for Xmas presents with the understanding they shipped ahead of the festive period. They arrived 5th Sept. a good 3mths early, how's that ensuring maximum freshness & quality. VERY DISAPPOINTED...

Order was delayed because of the weather,but was understandable and although disappointed wouldn’t want a melting mess delivered. Was delighted with my order and can’t wait to try the new festive flavours

I generally love the product, most of the marshmallows are the best I've ever tasted although expensive at full price. But customer service is abysmal. I received one order where the product must have been damaged by heat either in the factory or en route to me (before the hottest of our weather) and all the marshmallows in about 5 packets were fused together so virtually inedible. I got no response to my several emails and no offer of any compensation. Another order wasn’t dispatched for ages, until after I had complained about the wait, when it suddenly turned up. If the product wasn’t usually so delicious I wouldn’t buy from such an unresponsive company, I would say it’s verging on rude to just ignore your customers' communications. Need to do better!

All the marshmallows we have purchased from this company have been delicious, wonderful flavours and very tasty

I discovered this company a couple of years ago and their products are a regular part of my life month on month.
The products are excellent and the ordering process and delivery are spot on.

Although ordering was easy, I didn’t expect to receive the Advent Calendars in August-when the company said “ nearer the time” I thought they’d mean early November NOT August!
Just hope quality remains satisfactory having to keep so long, not like the company storage, which I assume is temperature related etc?

My guilty pleasure... an advent calendar in 2025 was my gateway into these delicious marshmallows. We have kept coming back for more.... Have tried most of the flavours - love the shrimp and banana, rhubarb and custard and the salted caramel. Artisan products from a great company. Free-from friendly too which is perfect. On occasions I have been in touch about an order - they have been really responsive and helpful. I've ordered my 2026 advent and am eyeing up the new flavours.

The flavours are fantastic, but their customer service is even better. I ordered a load of marshmallows for my wife, including some holiday varieties which I'd missed were for pre-order only. I got in touch with them after worrying about them not being shipped out after a couple of weeks, for them to very nicely let me know the order included those pre-order only options. They offered to cancel them, to which I agreed, then offered to make them as they had to do a photoshoot for the same kind at some point in the future. I couldn't believe how kind they were, and once they were made they shipped out and arrived the next day. I wouldn't expect it again, but it was so nice to make an exception and turn a mistake I made into a wonderful surprise. Made a customer for life with that!

Saw these in a shop in Fowey and the checked them out on line. Perfectly light marshmallows that actually taste like the flavours they are. Great customer service when I needed to chase up delivery. My new must go to mallow company

Worrying. I have made an order . Suppose to be 9 June with delivery end of week. Not received any notifications of sending. Now in 3rd week. Think they are bust again

Placed an order and paid for standard shipping. Shipping policy states this is 3-5 working days, my order says it’s 5-7 working days. Currently still waiting for my order - which has apparently not even been shipped yet - 13 days later.

I assume they've gone under! Ordered 2 weeks ago - paid for next day delivery. Not had an email confirmation or tracking information. Nothing. Started a chargeback through my bank. Very poor that their website is still accepting orders.

Do not buy anything directly from their website.

I placed an order several weeks ago, the estimated delivery date was 3-5 days. To date, nothing has happened. I have emailed twice and messaged them through Facebook with no success.

Others seem to have a similar problem so I can only assumed they've closed down and forgotten to tell anyone. It's a shame as their products used to be good.

I'll now have to do a chargeback via my bank to get the money back

Placed an order on the Saturday before Easter. On the Tuesday when it hasn’t been despatched, I emailed to say it was needed by Thursday. Had a reply to say if it wouldn’t be despatched that day the order would be cancelled. They then chose to despatch the order on Thursday on a 48hr delivery. Royal Mail delivered it on the Saturday and left it on our front door step. We were away for 10 days and it wasn’t there when we returned. I’ve now sent 3 emails to them asking for a refund but I’ve had no reply. Love their products when I’ve bought from a stand at Lincs but their online service lets them down

After placing my order I received two incorrect items which were for Xmas gifts so a little disappointing. I emailed after Xmas as I know it’s a very busy period and mistakes happen to which I had no reply. I emailed again as I had not had a response and received an email apologising and that they would send out my correct items to which I have received nothing. I have used this company several times but I’m afraid will not be using again ☹️

So disappointed with my order. I ordered the bueno craved marshmallows. They are not at all as pictured in the website. No filling, not even the white / milk chocolate drizzle on top as described and pictured, and very poor packaging - broken pieces and bueno bars.

Awful company, ordered an advent calendar from them in mid November for a family member. It is now February and I have never received the product or received a refund. I have contacted them via email 4 times! And still have not received any response. Dreadful service and just one big scam. Don’t use them.

I got this advent calendar for my son a few years ago and he now asks for it every year. Great value for money, interesting flavours which are all amazing.

My grandson was absolutely thrilled with this. A really great product.
