It feels great having a nurse who has so much experience. Nenny really knows what she is doing and TBH I’ve never had this level of trust in injectors until her. She is knowledgeable, professional and makes the whole experience great. The staff at Naked MD Walnut Creek is top notch!!!

I was really scared of looking botched, and that’s exactly what happened.
The first tech talked to me about what I wanted. Then the tech that injected me didn’t even ask me what I wanted, and put a lot of filler on my top lip. Aside from a lot of bruising, I got duck lips now. Top lip is so much bigger than the bottom.

I’m giving 3 stars because the tech and the nurse were so nice and was helping me the best way they can, 2 stars deducted because I was so looking forward to use my “GIVEAWAY AWARD” for participating in their Instagram game. On day of supposed appointment, tech needs to reschedule me for my lip filler and assured that the “Giveaway”promotion prize will be kept and be used for the rescheduled date. Went back for the date and was told they can’t use it and have to pay full price is disappointing. Nevertheless, I’m happy with my lip filler results.

I absolutely adore the staff at this location. I’ve only been there three times in total and the young lady remembered my job, a bunch of details and was very honest with me about what my face needed 🫶✨

Jax was awesome and very helpful. She touched up my lip filler and gave DOA Botox to help even up my smile.

Went in for routine touch ups, brow lift, forehead tox and a lip flip. I requested Melanie again, and she did not disappoint. She understands my needs and knows what results I want to achieve. She gives me the best advice, thank you Melanie! A shout out to the ladies at the front desk. Thank you for always making me feel welcome, you are ALWAYS so polite. Will definitely be back again for my next touch up.

Fantastic care and concern to make sure I was comfortable. Emily brought me a blanket, water, and snacks! Super sweet. Vivi did a great job with my filler, she took extra time to make sure my filler was even, she compared my original photos, and made sure I was numbed up. Very good experience all around. My daughter and I came back. This is our second time at Naked MD Burbank. I got Botox and l got Juvéderm lip filler full syringe. My daughter got versa lip filler full syringe and microneedling. Valeria was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We are satisfied. We will be back in a few months.
