Not a fan.

Boo. First, I waited for a month for the soonest delivery date I could get. I had ordered a dishwasher, with install and removal, through Lowes, and this company completely blew off the scheduled delivery appointment without a word. No rescheduling, no email or phone call... just never showed up. So the next delivery date I could get was another month out. Now, I have an email stating its pushed ANOTHER 3 days...
I don't think I would ever willingly use this company if Lowes wasn't the vendor I purchased from...
Do better! My time is just as valuable as yours!

Worst service ever

How the he!! This worst company has a contract to deliver for IKEA.
I aksed driver to move the boxes closer to the wall and he said "he didn't get paid to do it" . So what I paid delivery service for!??

Ignorance of the highest degree

These delivery drivers are genuinely mentally challenged. No other explanation makes sense.

I confirm my delivery 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They show up, take 2 pictures of my building, and then send me an email stating the my items were not deliverable.

THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. NO ONE CALLED ME OR MESSAGED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY ARRIVED. HE DIDN'T EVEN GET OUT OF THE TRUCK - BOTH PICTURES WERE TAKEN FROM THE DRIVER'S SEAT. WHO THE HELL HIRES THESE PEOPLE? HOW ARE YOU THIS BAD AT YOUR JOB, BUT HAVE A MASSIVE IKEA CONTRACT? TOTAL INCOMPETENCE AND IGNORANCE.

I get it dude, it's a Sunday and you don't want to work, but I didn't make you sign up for this job - that was your choice. Learn how to dial a phone number or how to ring a damn door bell you dense buffoon.

Now I have to rent a U-Haul and pick them up myself and take a day off of work to do so. A terrible experience. IKEA - STOP WORKING WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. COUNTLESS BAD REVIEWS SHOULD TELL YOU IT IS TIME TO FIND A NEW SOLUTION.

At least Ikea support refunded my money for the delivery.

Beware: CRST NAL Group…

If I could give Houston IKEA's delivery service with CRST NAL Group zero stars it would be less than that. I spent close to $3000 to have furniture shipped from Houston, Texas to Louisiana. It never arrived. I think there's a scam operation running from Houston. I waited 14 hours. I was given 4 time frames throughout the day. Constant no shows. I finally get a call from the delivery idiot at 8:23pm saying he would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes, no delivery. 9 pm, no delivery. I left my house at 9:15pm but my sister was still there. Mark, the delivery person, said he was there. I asked my sister if this was true. Nope. No delivery truck was there. If IKEA is going to offer delivery, at least get reputable people to do it. Houston IKEA contracted out a "delivery" service that delivers absolutely nothing except blatant lies. Houston IKEA and CRST NAL Group should be investigated. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing online. IKEA HAS NO IDEA HOW TO OPERATE THIS PART OF THEIR COMPANY. AND THE SAD PART IS THEY DO NOT CARE. One other reviewer mentioned a class action law suit. I'm ready to go. Houston IKEA is AWFUL. And if you see CRST NAL GROUP as the "delivery" company for anything, think twice. I'm pretty sure this company is just a company of scammers.

Unprofessional & Unethical

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling service we received from NAL Group.

We ordered a new TV and mounts through Best Buy on June 9, 2024, and scheduled an installation for Monday, June 17, 2024. On Friday, June 14, we received a voicemail stating that "something came up with the provider," and our installation was rescheduled to Wednesday, June 19. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had just moved across the country and were eagerly awaiting the installation.

I contacted the number provided and was connected with a male agent who was dismissive, unapologetic about the reschedule, and made me feel like NAL does not care about its customers. When I inquired if anything was available sooner, he curtly said no. I asked if another company could come, and he brusquely stated I would need to speak with Best Buy. The call ended abruptly, leaving me with the understanding that my appointment remained for Wednesday, June 19.

However, after realizing I had not received a confirmation call the day before, I contacted NAL again to confirm the appointment. To my astonishment, the automated system indicated that my appointment had been moved to August. Speaking with another sales representative, I discovered that the appointment had been canceled by the service manager without any notification to us.

The team we dealt with exhibited highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. I strongly advise others to avoid the stress we have endured in dealing with NAL. Based on this horrendous experience, I do not expect a response, but I sincerely hope that significant changes are implemented to prevent this from happening to others.

Unprofessional and Unreliable Delivery

My IKEA order was supposed to be delivered on October 5, 2023 by NAL group between 5pm-9pm. I was home all day waiting for this order, then it said they'll deliver between 8pm-10pm and they never did. I never received any call either, I checked my phone's spam filter as well.

When I called IKEA the next day, I found out that they didn't deliver because they couldn't "find the house" without having any decency to give me a call to figure out the situation. This is extremely annoying when I stayed home all day planning for this we were expecting our furnitures that day.

I think IKEA should reevaluate their partnership with this company because these people clearly aren't responsible professionals you can rely on, and IKEA might alienate their customers even if it's not their fault, but one of their partners incompetence.
