Ordered this sign for my granddaughter’s surprise nursery at our home before her September arrival. I emailed not once, not twice, but three times asking for an update after seeing promotions saying new orders would ship and arrive before mine. Not a single response. Not even a quick “we’re looking into it.”

The sign finally arrived, and thankfully it’s beautiful—but the customer service was nowhere to be found.

Turns out you can make a lovely sign, but communication is part of the product too. Cute sign? Yes. Repeat customer? Absolutely not.👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered 42" sign with 2 names. The first name only measures 30" and it's tiny, only 3" high. How is this a statement piece. The 2nd name is even smaller. I'm confused as to what piece is actually 42"? They have not reached out after I sent my email with concerns over a week ago.

I ordered 3 name signs. All came back the wrong size. When I emailed, they initially responded promptly and asked for a picture, which I sent.

Since then, no response at all. I've emailed several times. No refund. Nothing.

I'm contacting the BBB. Not sure what they can do.

It's a shame places like this can stay in business. Taking people's money and not producing your order.

Don't use this company. It's not worth the risk.

Extremely disappointed, I bought this for my daughter and son -in-law as a gift for their babies nursery. I paid 150.00 it looks cheap can see glue seeping from under the letters a piece or the wood/stain is chipped it has no hanger on the back to hang it.I was so excited and now I just feel let down and upset with myself spending so much money on a low quality gift.

Terrible workmanship, went right in the fire pit! Don’t use this company, shoddy work that looks like a 10 year old kid with a jigsaw made it! Absolutely Horrid!

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service! Do NOT believe their refund/replacement policy. I ordered 4 signs, 2 of the 4 arrived broken. I contacted their customer service emails multiple times and never heard anything back. I also reported to the BBB. Waste of time and money!

I am extremely disappointed and honestly angry about my experience with Namesigns.com.
I ordered a sign for my daughter’s nursery expecting the “high-quality, eco-friendly wood” they advertise on their website. What I received was the complete opposite. The sign arrived unfinished and unsealed, made from what appears to be cheap plywood. The cuts were very rough, the edges weren’t even sanded, and it looked like it had been hit with a quick, uneven coat of primer spray paint. There is absolutely nothing “high quality” about this product.
This was meant to be something special for my daughter’s nursery, and instead it looks like a rushed DIY project made from scrap wood.
What makes it even worse is the lack of customer service. I reached out via email and through their website help chat and received no response at all. No acknowledgment, no attempt to fix the issue — nothing.
I do not recommend this website. The product quality is extremely poor and the customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Item arrived broken and ask for replacement. We never received a replacement even though they said they sent one. We have reached out multiple times and it takes weeks for response. We requested a refund and no one has followed up since.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY....."NAMESIGNS.COM"

I'VE BEEN E-MAILING AND E-MAILING THEM FOR A MONTH AND 1/2, AND NO REPLY.
EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO 'CHAT' WITH THEM ON THEIR WEBSITE, THEY ARE "OFFLINE".
YOU SHOULD GO TO A SIGN COMPANY THAT CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE SERVICE AND FEEDBACK WHEN NEEDED.
ALSO, THEY ADVERTISE THEIR SIGNS, THAT YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY GET.. (LIKE THE 3D SIGN THAT SAYS 'HUNTER JAMES")...THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THE SIGN, FONT, ETC..)
LOOK AT THE REVIEWS HERE....NOT GOOD, NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!

Horrible customer service. I had to order an additional name sign for my nursery bc the other one got damaged easily while my husband was doing the furniture and I have tried to reach out multiple times by email, FB, and chat on the website and no response! Horrible business manners and will not order from here again.

This site appears to be legitimate. Shipping is slow. Did not respond to any of my emails but did receive the sign and in good condition.

Ordered another sign for a baby shower and it came out perfect. Sign came within 2 weeks looked great. Emailed customer service to confirm I would have it in time for the baby shower and they answered within a day. Overall great experience. This was my 4th order.

Like another reviewer said. My sign also got “lost in transit” and when I tried to contact them about their policy, no one responded..which I find odd because they had no problem responding to me when I was inquiring about my sign design prior to buying. I find it incredibly rude that the customer is made to eat the cost especially when the postage read as insured by the seller on usps website. This isn’t a matter of no way to contact them. They are there but could care less if you never get your purchase. Had to dispute them with the credit card .

I was hesitant about buying this because of some of the other reviews. I didn't have any problem tracking my package! I got updates through the "shop" app and UPS. The sign itself is nicely done! It's light weight so you can just use command strips to hang. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's a bit smaller than I expected. It's 30" wide but I wish they would have been clearer on the height. Still excited to hang it in the baby nursery.

I saw the advertisements on Facebook and we Got our sign from here and the shipping was way faster than I thought it would be. Sign looks amazing and they answered my questions quickly.

They are a small business and do a great job. Our sign was painted to perfection and I cannot wait to get it hung up in our nursery!

I ordered two white 10” long cursive names to go above my grand children’s box-framed art on my living from wall, so I wanted them to look really nice. I looked other places but couldn’t find what I needed until I came upon Name Signs. The product return time was exactly as stated and the names were absolutely beautiful and perfect. Excellent craftsmanship. They were packed within the wood they were cut from so they were safe in transit.
I didn’t have any issues, but I noticed there is a place on their site where you can chat directly with them if there are any concerns or needed changes.
In a world of scams and low quality work, these people appear to really care about the customer and try to make exactly what you ask of them. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So highly recommend. I will tell people I know, and use them again!

This company is definatly a SCAM
I ordered from here... Recieved the product and it is crappy... Litterly a hole in the wood, supposed to be varigated paint ans its plain flat one color.. I used every method of communication possible, with absolitely no response to anything

Ordered a sign for my grandson’s nursery it came quickly and I absolutely love it!

Sign came in and we were very happy with it but it broke immediately. We managed to glue it back together and it seems to be holding up okay for now. I would have given more stars for this review but my issue with this company is there is no customer service. My wife has tried contacting them several times with no response.
I'd suggest finding a different company to have your sign made in case something goes wrong with your order.

This is a scam site. I ordered a custom name and shows shipped with USPS and provides a tracking number with no progress. Customer service does not answer. Save yourself do not order from this site. They are an absolute scam. They will take your money and you can't get it back. Sick!!!
