Sito totalmente scam, non vi arriverà mai nulla e le mail dell’assistenza clienti sono scritte con chat gpt

I placed an order on 8th June for a piece of garden equipment. It said delivery in 20 days. I contacted them for a refund when it didn’t arrive. They said they would reship so I said ok. The regiment didn’t arrive I have been waiting for a refund for almost 1 month now and they keep telling me I am a priority and they will refund once it is approved by their finance team. I have raised a fraud and theft case with my bank.

I ordered in july with VISA becourse if IT does not come to me, i Will reclamate trough My bank to VISA and they terminate the payment! Use credit card to order so your money will be safe!
Tracking worked and it came to My country quite quickly. Stayed at customs BUT no message to me from The customs! Travelled further from The customs > NO message from The carrier company! Few days ago IT was DELIVERED> havent seen it! The tracking number does not suite to any carrier company In My country. Have called DHL all ready. Contacted Nanpusa customer service, no answer. Than sended another email where i threatned to terminate My payment AND they answered to me IN 7 MINUTES and have Been VERY helpful. But no sofa. Will Be continued..
If i get my sofa i will change the review ;)
Otherwise this is a SCAM.

Edit; it is 29th of August. Ive reclameted this over a week a go to The VISA. Havent heard anything anymore from The Nanpusa customer service who gave me over and ovet again same order and tracking numbers and told they will help me. Eventually i got tired. Havent seen any sofa. So, probably save your money and order from someone else than Nanpusa.

Believe this is a scam !! Ordered back in June was able to see shipping details , as soon as it “landed “ in the uk I couldn’t see anymore tracking it was unavailable.

Contacted the company and got sent the same messages over and over again. Last one said they would get back to me in 3 business days . It’s now been 5 and still nothing .

So please please be very carful .

And to the people who own this company I hope you get some very bad karma for ripping people off !!

Absolute Scam. The Support Team answers but they only repeat that shipping takes 15-20 business days. Those 20 days are over. Tracking is not working. At first it was but now it says tracking number cannot be found. This was my latest answer:

Your order is currently in transit, and international shipping typically takes approximately 15 to 20 business days.

Do not order there. It‘s not worth the struggle.

They've send me tracking number that doesn’t work and support is sending me the same message over and over. Feels like scam.
