Was having a difficult time finding spark plug wires for my 1972 pontiac lemans as I switched the engine and needed 90 degree on both ends to clear the headers I added. Napa employee Maria@ the Jensen location in Fresno, CA went beyond to assist me in finding the right wires. Was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Not only do we need more parts counter professionals like her but more people like her. Much appreciated Maria.

Just because i installed the part myself and didn't take the vehicle to a dealer and have it diagnosed beforehand REASON BEING VEHICLE WOULD NOT CRANK OVER to run or start to get it to a dealer for diagnoses of the issue THE MANAGER TALKED TO ME LIKE A DOG and said i should be as ashamed to return the part for a refund because it had been used and installed it myself because it had a blown fuse beforehand and cost me $90.00

I'm ok with that rule, within warranty period, like new condition, serial number is traceable to purchase date and cost, says so online at Napa Auto.com, I say how much for the replacement, 262.97$ he says, prorated? Nope don't do that, core deposit, not without a receipt, he says, anything you can do for me I ask, nope, not without a receipt. Judgemental people suck, I'm polite, kind, calm, and get this crap, based on my hair and t shirt. That's my experience with napa. Your discretion is recommended. Battery craped out before warranty,bigot behind the counter has a lifetime warranty, neither are honorable.

0★ – Extremely Poor Handling of Lift Installation
I purchased a 5-ton EAE two-post lift through NAPA Auto Parts, with installation arranged through their partner installer, Milton Garage Equipment.
What should have been a straightforward installation turned into months of delays and problems.
The initial site survey and concrete drill test were carried out by Milton (arranged through NAPA) and the floor was confirmed as suitable. However, when the installation team arrived, the installation had to be aborted on the day because the drill test had not been carried out properly. This resulted in significant disruption to my workshop and required unexpected groundworks.
Communication afterwards was extremely poor. Promises about timelines and follow-ups were not kept, and it was often very difficult to get clear answers or updates.
When the lift was finally installed, further problems appeared. The lift caused RF interference affecting roller shutters and even neighbouring properties, something I had to troubleshoot myself by contacting the manufacturer directly because NAPA provided no real technical support.
There are also installation issues with the lift arms, which were adjusted too low and now scrape along the workshop floor despite my staff raising concerns during installation.
Overall the entire process — from survey, to installation, to after-sales support — was handled very poorly. For a large company like NAPA, the level of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing.
Called about car battery warranty
Called about car battery warranty, he danced around it, Then located receipt, he was So bent, we had to have. Then it was exchange to bring it in. So my hubby did, he kept the battery and our receipt. To charge it... So I called, got the said store manager on the phone and his clowns he hires, did kept our battery, did not send home another, my hubby was going back tomorrow, unknowing of his managers deal. So now he heads back 10+ miles one way to pick up 1st. Receipt and A replacement battery, Thanks El Dorado,Kansas.

We ordered a part two weeks ago and it was shipped no problem. So We turned around and order another one last week remind you it never said they was out of stock at all. So we are waiting and waiting for the shipping and tracking info that never came! So I reached them now they are talking about it being out of stock. Like why would you guys not put that it out of shock before taking the order for it!!!! We could've just shopped around!!!!! Just a waste of our time... Bad for buniness period!!!!
Napa website and their customer service is abomination
So far pretty bad, the website is garbage. My first attempt to place an order for some engine oil, and the website is infuriating! it’s not functional, incredibly slow to load, it’s not processing my AAA discount, and the page just freezes! The customer service not helpful, just a lot of pointless excuses and explanations but no solution, they wouldn’t even help me place my order, just told me to call my local store, and the store only orders in bulk lol….. I’m not returning, ever.

A very fine gentleman who works at the Austin Texas store on highway 290 and 71 today exemplified what makes businesses in America great today.
My battery died, and he helped me replace it, and he discovered that my terminal connection on my battery cables were corroded and took the time to service me outside the scope of their normal service protocols.
His name is Ty, and I want to praise him for his outstanding service and professionalism.

Ordered a part for SAME DAY delivery, never showed up.
Ordered a part for SAME DAY delivery. Get notified within 20 minutes that it is "out for delivery". I check 8pm and their website says delivered but doesn't provide anything else. Nothing shows up at my home. I call 8:30pm, store closed at 6pm, (why so early?). I try to chat, no chat available. Phone support doesn't open until 8am the following morning. I finally get on the chat the following morning and 2 of the most useless customer service agents tell me that they fulfilled their end and the part is delivered. They advised me to call the store, which of course is not open yet. Call the store, nobody has any clue about "what happened yesterday". FINALLY, after almost a day later.... a bag is left on my front garage. No call, no text, no email, no knock on the door. Horrible.
Parts clerk ordered wrong part and cost me money
Parts clerk looked up part for my truck (universal joint) and said he had to order it. Waited 5 days for it to come in and it was the wrong part. Parts clerk checked and he had 2 in stock. He refunded my money except for the freight cost. Wasn’t my fault the parts clerk ordered the wrong part and had one in stock all along.

NAPA Auto Parts Store, Berkeley Springs, WV - They have a problem in honoring their own NAPA brand - LEGEND car batteries that, are under warranty. I had to file a customer complaint with NAPA corporate. Very rude treatment, additionally.
A Poorly ran Store
I made an online order at the Columbus Ohio 161 Dublin Granville store. I went there item was pulled but it was lost I waited 45 minutes while they searched eventually, I was refunded the money but I had to wait for the money to go back into my account and was forced to have to go somewhere else and make another purchase. This store is in a disarray and needs to be overhauled starting with Management. I would shop at another location.

Overpriced Mediocre Tools quality
Stay away from this overpriced store on Nimitz in hawaii. They don't even sell quality parts and the prices are overpriced. Bought an overpriced set of star bits and it rusted out 1 month later. Tried to return it and Darren was not friendly and tries to assert his manager authority. Called corporate and they wouldn't return or refund purchase. Stay away from Napa Nimitz as they are con artist that will not refund your money for mediocre quality overpriced tools
