Naqdi is a fraud company and scammers and they do not deserve any rating. They are completely unethical, unprofessional and a gang of cheaters. When I paid money for investment, they received in 1 minute and account was opened in November2025. After 2 weeks, when I try to withdraw, my withdrawal request was not fulfilled. Now more than 3 months are over and sent more than 100 emails. My withdrawal request was approved on 12th December 2025 and till now (28March2026) my money was not paid back. Spoke to the relationship manager many times, Musab who said this was the first case for this delay. Complete liar. He said it is not his job to look into this issue.
Later I read reviews on Trust Pilot and Google reviews and reliazed that they are scammers and cheaters.
Initially they responded by writing reply email that verification in progress and your money will be refunded. Now they are not even replying and my complete investment is not paid back. In January2026, one person named Mahdi, from finance team called and assured me that my money will be refunded before 21st January 2026 and till now (28th March2026) it was not paid back. They are liars, cheaters and no ethics, no shame, no shy for them. God bless you all.
Till you are trapped, they will call so many times and once you make a withdrawal request, their tree colors will be known.
Some of these cheaters are Ayoob.Shaik, Musab, Mahdi etc.

They say it takes 48 hours to withdraw money. But it's been 6 days and I'm still waiting. It's really ridiculous. I advise you to approach this with caution.

Scammers - call centre type employees just trying to fraud via fancy ipo and cfd schemes. Dont get fooled. They will keep calling you even after you block them. God knows how many people have been tricked by them in Dubai.

I should have known better. The moment they got my money, I stopped mattering. They don't care how I trade or if I lose, only that I keep depositing. It's not trading, it's a trap to drain away bit they can from people like me.

Getting in early on#valu𝐞 mining...# was the right call. Their automated setup does all the work for me and I always get my pay on time.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Naqdi Global.

I deposited funds and traded normally. Since November, my withdrawal request has not been processed, and I have not received either my profits or even my initial deposit. The total amount owed to me is $18,500.

I tried every possible way to resolve this:
• Visited their office — no one was there
• Called all listed phone numbers — none work
• Sent multiple emails — no replies
• Followed up repeatedly — completely ignored

There has been zero communication and zero transparency. This behavior raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and operations.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this company, as you may not get your money back.

Support Team replies with a standard replies to all my follow up 40 + emails -they understand my frustration, have escalated my request to Senior Manager for Review and will update me soon.

In desperation, I have visited their Registered Office in 2502 Boulevard Plaza , Downtown Dubai.
Imagine my shock and dismay, to find out Naqdi Office has recently moved out, location not known ?
Although Google Map still shows Boulevard Plaza

Now Support Team also has stopped replies and Updates ??

So moot question is where is my monies, as Wallet balance has been withdrawn??

Seems to be Naqdi is Defrauding Clients, who invest their monies in good faith

After some enquiries, realise that Naqdi is not even Registered with Securitirs and Commodities Authority, Abu Dhabi.
So, unable to contact them to assist.

I am reporting a severe withdrawal issue with Naqdi Group (PTY) LTD (FSP 51598). I opened my account on July 16, 2025, with an initial deposit of 5,000 USDT. Since September 2025, I have been attempting to withdraw my principal, but the firm has withheld my funds for over 4 months.

Most shockingly, they have already deducted my profits from the balance but refuse to return my original capital. Every support ticket is met with evasive 'canned' responses citing 'internal processing' and 'holidays'. I have already filed a formal complaint with the South African FSCA and the FAIS Ombud. AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COSTS.

I have to signal 2 major issues with Naqdi:
1-I lost 7000 $ on one trade due to misinformation and constant reassurance from the broker.
2- I decided to retrieve my remaining funds of 805$ and the process was approved within the week. However it has been a month since with constant follow ups from my side but very blurry or no response at all.

One of the worst broker of forex industry

Actually I have very bad experience because when you need there help they will not picked the call or help and for withdrawal you have to beginning for own money worst experience.

Scammers. Beware. They keep calling you and trying to dodge you. Stay away. I was lucky to escape. They tried to sell CFD’s in the name of IPO’s and then tried to sell copy trading in the name of sharing master passwords etc. Mohib is the guy that should be monitored by the management. And his accomplices too.
