Like everyone below I purchased in July got a cheap badly made piece of material 15th Sept. This is a pure Scam. Customer service is Orla the AI . On the website it said you had a cooling off period if you wanted to cancel your order. No bad reviews as obviously we all bought from the same ad on instagram. Wasn’t possible to cancel as it had left the dispatch, which you get an email about with in 24 hours. Easy returns also on the website, no that’s not easy either dress cost €49.95 and wasn’t worth €10 to return with tracking €20.50. Please don’t be a fool like me. Go to SHEIN at least you get a better quality product at a quarter of the price. This is not a Galway or Irish Company it is a company called Zhang Xiaowen. It cost €49.95 to learn a lesson about buying online.

It’s a total scam. Don’t buy anything. It took me 2 months to receive my order as it came from china and was the wrong item and terribly made. What a total scam.

Company is a scam. Product received completely different to what I ordered. Offered 15% refund and I could keep goods after a lot of pushing it was increased to 30%. I kept insisting I wanted a prepaid label to return product as stated on their website for faulty or wrong goods. They said their current return policy does not offer prepaid postage. Website is still not updated to reflect this. I continued to email them but they are now ignoring me.

This is a total sham of a company. Despite its claims, it is not based in Galway, not based in Ireland….it’s a Chinese company selling poor quality clothing that will arrive before you can report them to Shopify. Ashamed I got sucked in.

Stay away from this website complete scammers! Ordered a dress telling me next day delivery based on Galway 3 weeks later came from China, completely different dress to what I ordered and will only offer you 15% and to keep it works out about €5. Do not order!!

Wouldn't have even given it one star. Only for having to click on one. I hate writing negative reviews, I usually don't bother. But I was completely scammed. Ordered a dress on 25th July after emailing them asking did they have a shop in Galway, they said they were exclusively online, so I ordered a dress straight away on the 25th July, as they state fast shipping I thought it would be here for my holiday a week later. Three weeks later it arrived from China. So yes in a shein bag. Dress was a cheap piece of fabric and completely different to the photos on website. Emailed them telling them dress was completely different and took 3 weeks.... Basically back and fourth from the same lady called Orla, all I got was 15% back refund and told to keep dress. So I got less than €5 back... complete scammers. Please don't bother. Dress would have been half the price and quicker from shein! When I sent email back saying I had no choice to accept 15 % and accused them of being a scam website and should be ashamed of themselves taking money from people and Orla is probably a fake name.... they suddenly stopped replying. I also put a review on their Facebook page.
