Initially I was disappointed in the customer service with Narn. I purchased a phone case for my Samsung, when it arrived, I quickly informed them the case, was not as I expected and I wanted to return it and purchase another type of case. The response was extremely slow, this was probably due to the Christmas/New Year holidays but after contacting them on numerous occasions they eventually responded and dealt with my query very efficiently and promptly, and I received another case within a week. Thank you..

My phone case arrived in just a few days after ordering.
My phone fitted perfectly, and I’m really pleased with the quality of the case.
Would definitely buy from here again.

Excellent quality case for a Samsung A56. Fits perfectly. Delivery did take longer than expected and there was no tracking info, only a reference number, but it was worth the wait.

I had a great experience with NARN from start to finish. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I got in touch before ordering, especially as my phone model wasn’t yet listed on the website for the tough cases (Galaxy S25 FE).

The case arrived much faster than I expected (within two days from Sweden to the UK) and fits my phone perfectly. It feels genuinely protective without being bulky, and despite the glossy finish it has a slightly rubbery feel that gives good grip and makes it comfortable to hold.

I’m very impressed with both the quality of the product and the service and will definitely be ordering more cases in future.

Communication fantastic - ordered to UK on 15th - dispatched 16th and arrived this very second one 21st!

Emailed NARN as tracking disappeared, they responded the same day with a thorough response.

Very pleased with the phone case and tempered glass screen protector. Great design and quality.

It was a week before it was dispatched and took a week to get here as it's sent from Sweden (i think). That would probably all be fine if there were better communication. I received no reply to my email and the parcel tracking didn't work. With the prevalence of scams, it would be a better customer experience if it were clearer that dispatch may take more than a couple of working days, and how long delivery will realistically take. I was very concerned that I'd been scammed.

I bought this case for a samsung galaxy s25 ultra . Three quality is brilliant, solid materials and no scuffs after a month. And it also holds credit cards and money notes. Yes it's dearer, but vastly better than the cheaper cases I've bought in the past.
Delivery took 10 days but that was probably Christmas post

Ordered a phone case on the 24th December its now the 13th of January. Still haven't received it. It just says label created. I've emailed and did get a response with no useful information. I dont understand how I'm able to order stuff after Christmas from Germany and get within a few days. But 3 weeks so far for a phone case

I ordered a phone case from narn on 26th December and received an email on 30th December to say it was on it's way
It is now the 12th January, and no updates, sent 2 emails, and a written form online with no response!!!
Tracking no says it isn't recognised!!
Terrible customer service...have no idea what to do now, as spent £33... daylight robbery!!!

I looked around for a phone cover for my husbands new phone and could not find anything i thought he would like, then i found the site for NARN, wow, loved the look of them and began checking out what they had to offer, i found the perfect wallet phone cover for him, it had a howling wolf on the front and looked well made so i ordered it for him.
It arrive quickly and well secured in wrapping, it was just perfect, so well made, the quality is amazing, strong, it fits perfectly and he was so pleased.
I have just updated my phone and today i have ordered my own wallet cover from NARN, great choice of designs so was not an easy job deciding which one i loved the best, made my choice of the Lilac crystals and am eagerly awaiting its arrival.
Thank you for such an amazingly produced product, i am so sure that your business will grow and grow with the care and attention you put into your products.

I was looking for a case to replace the many screen protectors that just kept on cracking and peeling away. The choice of case design is quite incredible and the cases themselves are strong and protective.

I ordered 2 cases on 31st December and both arrived just over a week later.
Beautiful cases, well made and packaged well.

Very happy!

Only criticism is the parcel tracking could do with being improved!

Update: product arrived correctly. Might have been a one time slip up over Christmas and the new year. Still, did not receive tracking updates or a delivery date, but I am happy with the product.

I ordered on the 26th of December and have received no shipping notification, nor delivery update as of the 8th of January. Starting to worry it is a scam. No response from the official mail contact.

EDIT: case has since arrived, though tracking still says “awaiting parcel from sender” so didn’t expect it to arrive. quality could be better but not awful (expected for price), mostly just glad it’s arrived!

Ordered my phonecase and screen protector on 24th Dec and still nothing has been delivered. My package tracking ID now states there is no parcel associated with the ID issued by Narn. I've emailed Narn multiple times with no response. As mentioned by others, either notify when the products will be delivered or issue a refund. Based on this experience I would not recommend using Narn.
