Naski Sports Reviews

Great customer service, helpful, quick replies and follow through with exactly what they say.

Would definitely use again.

What an amazing experience! Me and my fiance visited to get a ski boot fitting as we've had trouble with ski boots in the past. The service was impeccable, John was super experienced and a real master in his craft. We booked two time slots but he managed to do us both the same time, which saved us alot of time! I cannot recommend naski enough!!

Had a great experience fitting new boots. Would definitely recommend Naski.

Absolutely brilliant. The ski boot fitting was amazing. It took around 90 minutes and the boots are fantastic. I've had some bad issues with rental boots so decided to have my own boots fitted. I walked out of the store feeling very confident in my new boots. The gentleman fitting the boots was very helpful and patient. Thank you so much. Now looking forward to my next ski trip.

Fantastic service recently received at Naski. Went for a ski boot fitting and Johns knowledge was fantastic. He took the time to listen to my concerns and adapt the boot accordingly. Highly recommend anyone looking for ski gear! Bonus its based in Cardiff too!

I thought I was going to have to compromise with the ski boot fitting but that wasn’t the case. John persevered, using his knowledge and experience of boot fitting, he was able to get the fit and feel which I had not experienced with years of using hire shop ski boots.

Professional service for my boot fitting.

It's great to see a new, desperately-needed ski shop open in Cardiff. It's small, but has most of the kit one is likely to need, plus ski servicing. I only bought gloves, but I will go back.

I had three pairs of skis serviced here in readiness for trip to Cvel.
Full service and at a great price.
Without doubt the best service and tune my skis have ever had, and that includes anywhere I’ve used in the Uk and anywhere I’ve used in France.
……and great to deal with as well.

Custom boot fitting and attention to detail. Cost a bit more than an internet purchase but with ski boots you have to get the fitting right to get the benefit.

Superb service from John at Naski. Full Service and Base repair at very short notice for last minute Ski Holiday. All carried out within 24 hours of dropping them off. Great knowledge and experience. Many thanks to Naski. Highly recommend.

Friendly, expert advice. It is great to have such an excellent ski store and first class advise in Cardiff.

Excellent service, really helpful and accommodating. Gave me lots of advice!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team - excellent service!

5 Stars - Amazing service from start to finish with getting custom soles made and fitted and purchasing new Ski boots with fitting and stretching to fit my son’s complicated feet.

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for care and attention to detail.
My son is Deaf and the help and support during fitting was brilliant.

Lovely shop (reminds me of a ski lodge inside) and easy to get to in Cardiff.

Thank you for your great customer service, we will be back.
