I was considering purchasing products from Nassau Candy for Amazon resale. While I have not purchased yet, I want to share some important points that sellers should be aware of before making a decision:
Invoice Acceptance:
Amazon may reject invoices if the supplier’s document format or details don’t meet Amazon’s requirements. Nassau Candy states that if Amazon does not accept their invoice, they do not take any responsibility.
FBA Rejection & Returns:
If Amazon FBA rejects a shipment, Nassau Candy typically does not accept returns. This is important to consider before making a purchase.
Advice for Other Sellers:
Before sourcing products from Nassau Candy:
Ensure the invoice meets Amazon’s compliance requirements.
Have a plan in case of FBA rejection, as returns may not be possible.
