I made my inquiry in and within minutes I was contacted i explained what had happened to me and the way I have been treated, And I was totally put at ease with how I was feeling both Brenda and Yaz have been totally awesome by giving me the answers to all the questions I have asked.The service i have received is second to none i can only say that Brenda and Yaz have really mind at ease with all of my questions from my worries about me giving my notice in to loss of earnings also how my injury is going to affect me for life.the customer service is fantastic so fast to deal with enquiries and to respond.

Don't fill in the form on their website unless you want to be pestered with calls
Filled in the form on their website and got a call immediately even though it was the weekend. They passed our details onto a firm of solicitors and since then we have been constantly bombarded with calls, some of which were quite aggressive trying to get us to sign their documents. Despite telling them at least 3 times not to contact us as we were considering our options and would let them know if we wished to proceed, they continue to pester us.
