My rep Abner. Has contacted me one time and won't return my calls or texts..it's a crock if shit

Its more comforting and reassuring than anything else because my team has been at this 9 months on my behalf and I am a nervous wreck. I own my behavior in that regard. My best description of my team right now is simply to say, they are my lifeboat in my storm of issues. My team are pointing me toward the closest sort of peace and security available to me right now and for that I am grateful.

Andrea Colon is amazing!! She handles the legal side and makes sure her client has what they need to get thru this process. I can't say enough good about the job she did to get this case to the end. She is very valuable to her company and to her clients.

Honestly I didn't worry about nothing. Because at any time I had a question or concern someone would always pick up the call and had a direct response! Never left me to wonder about anything. If that particular individual didn't have an answer at the time I would get a call back as soon as possible.

Was getting nowhere trying to apply by myself, they got it through in just a few months

My representative Yarivel was never available when I needed assistance, i always felt like I was bothering her. I submitted all of the necessary paperwork and documents to SSD and always kept my rep informed of doctor appointments and/or changes in meds. She did very minimal with processing my case from the beginning, she only responded and answered questions that I could find on the website at best.
