NATIONAL GEARBOX REPAIR Reviews

Awesome work.. turned around my gearbox in less than 24 hours

Our resort needed a part fixed on an old ski lift gearbox that we just couldn't find anywhere else. These guys helped us out of our bind. Highly recommend, will use them again.

Great service

We needed our very large pump repaired. We called and spoke with Tony and he asked if we could bring to him and that they would do everything possible to repair. Unfortunately it could not be After all this work they did, we were not charged anything. Nothing! They are wonderful people to deal with and we definitely will refer them to anyone!!

Tony and team were fantastic. We had a rush job. They were clear with their communication, flexible with their schedule and met our demands on-time with great quality. Whole team was friendly and great to work with. Definitely provide them all our business.

Our main motor gear box for our shop broke and with panic hearing everyone telling us a month out with the holidays these guys were able to rebuild the whole thing for within a week saving my shop from taking a big hit highly recommended

National Gear helped me out of a jam. They gave me expedited repairs on my Falk gearbox. Amazing turnaround time and quality service. I’ll be coming back with all my gearbox work.

My experience with national gear repair was swift and easy. They came to pick up our gearbox the same day and had it back in a few days, when others were telling us 2 weeks.
With the cost well below the others and the service they provide, I would definitely use them moving forward.
Being the Maintenance Manager, this is the type of company you need on your side.

Good customer service real helpful fast service

They've done a couple of jobs for us and they were done perfectly and also on time as quoted. I would highly recommend them for any gear needs that you may have.

Great turn around times along with an awesome explanation of costs associated to my work that needed to be done. I am satisfied and will be a returning customer.

Hi I contacted NG gearboxes at Lowestoft from Kent , I had no prior dealings with them, even though have been in the motor trade 35 years . My Fiat Ducato gearbox had synchro problems and needed sorting , after a well informed phone call I delivered my camper van to NG gearboxes ,Jay , for repair . When I was shown the problem of a another gearbox being repaired I soon realised I was in very capable hands .
The repair carried out made for a pleasurable drive home round the many roundabouts of Ipswich. No noises and smoothness of a new gearbox ,brilliant.
A real craftsman found in a world where few understands gearboxes Jay does!
