Kevin helped me create the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. I visited a number of places in Toronto and Kevin made me feel at ease with his knowledge and experience. He was honest, easy to communicate with, didn’t try to upsell me (even when I asked to see a bigger diamond), and most importantly made a beautiful ring. Will definitely be going back for our wedding bands.

I'm so glad I found this spot! Prior to getting an engagement ring I had very little experience with stuff like this. The handful of times I've shopped around for jewellery were a bit stressful, but Kevin is so easy and chill to work with. When you're in his office, all of his attention and focus is on you. He was very accommodating of the time sensitivity for my order and straight to the point regarding my budget and options, which I appreciate. The end product was perfect and exactly what I had hoped it would be, and my now fiance couldn't agree more! Highly, highly recommended.

I have so many positive things to say about Kevin and National Jewel Creations. I’ll keep it short: I didn’t know much going in and he assisted me with everything from narrowing down a stone to the band design to ring size, which he was able to judge from pictures of my girlfriend’s (now fiancée’s!) hand. He was very welcoming and professional, and his service is classy and bespoke. He even offered to redesign the ring in case it was not to her taste.

That proved unnecessary because the ring turned out to be perfect for her in every way. She loves it and we’re both very happy. I couldn’t have done it without Kevin’s help, and I can’t recommend him and National Jewel Creations enough.

Kevin is the guy to work with if you’re looking for a new diamond. I’ve been working with him for a few years now, getting rings designed for friends, and most recently for myself. He is prompt, honest and listens to his clients. He takes the time to explain, and makes appropriate suggestions while maintaining great communication through the whole process of creating your ring. I could not recommend Kevin and his team enough, and look forward to creating more rings together!

I can't begin to describe how amazing Kevin and the National Jewel Creations team are. From the moment we met Kevin, my fiancee and I knew that he was the person we wanted to work with. My experience at National Jewel Creations was beyond what I imagined. Kevin was welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny! He showed me lab-grown diamonds based off my girlfriends preference, design interests, and budget range. He took the time to explain things very clearly in layman's terms that made the process of choosing the right diamonds less confusing and overall simple. As someone not very familiar with jewellery buying I really appreciated this.

The end product, was very well made and stunning. The added perks (1 free resizing, ring cleaner, light ring box etc.) were elements that my gf really appreciated. It also made our first ring shopping experience truly a luxurious one.

I can’t begin to explain the amazing experience I have had with National Jewel Creations.
A few months ago, my friend asked me to come along to help custom design an engagement ring for his girlfriend. We were beyond impressed with the service Kevin provided us with. Kevin really took his time to explain everything that goes into picking a diamond and designing a ring. It turned out even better than we could have imagined. I came back last week to get a band made for myself, it was ready to pick up one week later and it is even better than the picture I showed him.

Kevin is very reasonable with his pricing, he pays attention to every detail, the quality of the products are absolutely incredible, he is so easy to work with and everything gets done quickly.

My fiancé and I attended National Jewel Creations after receiving a strong referral from a life-long customer. My fiancé had been following them on Instagram (@Nationaljewelcreations) for months prior to our meeting and fell in love with the company.

Meeting with Kevin was an absolute pleasure and he expressed a vast knowledge of diamond types, qualities, processes, and had stock we were able to see in person.
There were no gimmicks and our confidence in Kevin was established from the moment we sat down in his office.
When dealing with purchasing jewellery of any kind, this process (a one-on-one consultation with Kevin) is the ONLY way to go. He’ll speak your language with regards to experience with diamonds, from someone who knows a lot, to someone who knows nothing, he’ll ensure that you understand the decision you make and why.

We’re not typically ones to write reviews however our experience with Kevin and National Jewel Creations was so seamless and professional that people need to feel the same sense of confidence when making one of life’s biggest decisions. So doing our part to comment on our experience feels like an extension of our thanks to Kevin. We can never thank him enough.

The rings we purchased were not only gorgeous, but they were under market value from larger jewellery stores and came with higher clarity, cut, and brilliance, not to mention the engagement ring and wedding band were custom made and arrived earlier than what we expected.

For anyone considering purchasing ANY type of jewellery within the scope of National Jewel Creations, this is the MUST GO TO place.

His knowledge is impeccable in terms of diamonds and you can just sit relaxed knowing that he would get you the BEST ring in your budget.
