Do not buy from this seller on Best Buy website, they do false advertising. The product photos show two Pokémon boxes, and the price reflects what you’d expect to pay for two, yet only one box was delivered. The listing is extremely misleading. I requested a refund, but the seller refused and blamed Best Buy for the inaccurate images. When I contacted Best Buy in person, they redirected me to the third‑party seller, who then sent me back to Best Buy. Neither party is taking responsibility. I’m now out $400 after purchasing two “sets”, expecting four boxes, but receiving only two. It’s disappointing that such an obvious issue isn’t being corrected, and that Best Buy continues to allow a poorly reviewed third‑party seller to operate on their platform without supporting customers.

Please don’t buy from this company I ordered over $3000 worth of product to be shipped to Amazon directly. I’ve got a counterfeit alert on one of my products through Amazon & they shut my store down entirely!! so not only did I lose that $$ . I lost several thousand dollars of product in my store
So first I got the counterfeit alert I called nation and & I told them I had a problem with one of the products and that I needed some verification … but they kept hanging up on me I thought I was just losing connection but I called in different phones and they kept hanging up so I realized right then that they were just scamming me😣

Nation Distribution provided everything I needed as an Amazon seller, including compliant invoices and smooth FBA delivery. My order was processed quickly and accepted without delays.

Do not order from this wholesaler unless they can prove they are an authorized distributor of the brands on their products list. I'm a new Amazon seller and made a major rookie mistake by not requiring the suppy chain documentation before finalizing purchase order and now my Amazon Sellers Account is deactivated pending additional investigation. Ordered 4 ASINs to list on Amazon FBA. 3 of the ASINs were shipped to Amazon FBA and 1 ASIN was never shipped. Amazon suspects counterfiet products and the only way to prove the products are authentic is for Nation Distributor to provide a Letter of Authorization from the brands or their supplier. The total cost of inventory of the 4 ASINs is about $20,000. Nation Distributor is not returning any calls or emails. The whole business may be a scam. If they prove me wrong and provide their supply chain documentation that Amazon will accept I will update this review.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They scammed me. I paid nearly $7,000 for product for my Amazon FBA company and never received my product. No return calls or emails. I even posed as a new buyer wanting to make a $100k order and no response. I have called dozens of times and only twice did someone answer and said they could not find my invoice or emails. A total scam. I'm about to get on a plane and go there raise hell.

That type of scammer I am seeing in my whole life for first time. Don't trust

They had amazing communication until I placed my order. The order arrived at Amazon and was completely different from what they promised. Amazon disabled my account for review. Amazon stated my shipment had unauthenticated items. Nation Distributor did not answer my phone calls or emails after this point. No refund, no communication, nothing! I would report them to the BBB but they already have an F rating. No one should use them! I am still fighting with Amazon to get my account back.

I paid them in full for products, but when it came to delivery: they shipped wrong items that Amazon rejected. Then on a second order, they took payment and never shipped anything. Promises of refund—but no refund. Emails and phone calls unanswered. Very frustrating.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! They use SEVERAL different names … I placed an order with this company … all communication suddenly stopped. My products were never shipped, and despite repeated attempts … no response. If I can give it a negative 100 I would.

Beware and Stay away. Scammers out to take your money … they will take your money, delay with false assurances, and leave you with nothing.

They claimed they’d ship the items within days. Weeks later, nothing. The “support” team vanished. They took my money and disappeared. Don’t trust anything they say.

I ordered several items from Nationdistributor and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Shipping took forever, and when the package finally arrived, half the order was missing. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and never got a real response—just automated messages. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Whoever you people are should be a shame of yourselves for scamming people of their hard earned money!!!!!! I am outraged and I writing this review to help everyone else avoid the same issues I have faced.

After digging deeper, I discovered many other reviews with similar stories – people who lost money and never received their products. This is not just poor customer service — this feels like a coordinated scam.

I’ve lost thousands and am devastated. This is straight-up robbery. I believe everyone affected should consider banding together to pursue legal action or a class-action lawsuit. This company needs to be held accountable.
