I had ordered my 3rd Heritage self closing toilet seat last November. However within 3 weeks a crack appeared and I contacted Nationwide. Due to the holiday season a reply arrived in early January advising me that a replacement would be sent by Heritage and this would arrive "next Thursday" . Thursday arrived, nothing delivered, 4 more days arrived during which Nationwide kept me up-to-date on a daily basis. After a week it was found that the TNT driver had returned the seat to the warehouse as he had not found us, but pretended he had handed the seat to a neighbour. The same day Heritage found out they used Fedex this time and the seat arrived a few hours later.
I must recommend Nationwide-Bathrooms and Heritage, but do stay away from TNT

Goods meant to be on short lead time. Delivery date kept sliding. Finally promised delivery on monday 06 Feb Failed to arrive once again and failed to answer any messages. Multiple emails sent to 3 'departments' plus the MD and of course no answer on telephone either. Had to order elsewhere and project delayed by weeks. Great inconvenience and no response on the refund - several hundred pounds. I will issue winding up order as clearly they are a scam and they should be stopped.

Absolutely useless, having to resort to getting my money (refund) back through my bank……for all the reasons posted by other reviews

Placed an online order and heard nothing for several days. I started contacting the company and got unofficial dates for Tuesday, Wednesday then Thursday. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. This apparently cannot be processed because the item has left their warehouse and will be with my on ... you guessed it. ... Friday! I still do not have official confirmed delivery advise from the delivery team.
This is a £601 item (Carron Quantum Integra 1700 x 750mm Double Ended) Obviously this is causing delays with the fitters.

Used this company before was satisfied with the product and service before, unfortunately the delivery costs have risen quite a lot and delivery time was very slow. The product is of good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is prompt and helpful.

I only wish I had seen these reviews beforeI ordered a silverdale basin taps waste and plug I had to continually chase them having paid £430.95 for these items they delivered nearly 4 weeks after I paid no plug and waste and the wrong taps which alone cost me £174.00 since that date Ive Called by phone continually but no-one ever answers ,well the robot says they are open 9.- 5 weekdays and 10.-4 Saturdays but then says they are closed EVERY time I call emails never answer yet they had the impertinence to send an email asking for a review ?? so I gave them a review ,but doubt if that one will ever be published as it says the same as Ive put on this review my Advice NEVER CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IM SURPRISED THEY ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS and short of me actually driving to Barnsley to their premises if they exist ? I dont think I will get my taps or plug /waste I will however be applying to the county court for Judgement against them they cant keep conning people Ive also called trading standards !!

This is for those like me that only looked at the Five star reviews. This business is no more than a scam. Don't waste your money here go elsewhere.

Returned an item, had full tracking that it was delivered back to them but they just kept ignoring my emails asking for refund. I would have to call every week to chase up and , if someone actually answered, they promised it would be sorted but never was. Useless. I want my money

Order was received within one week from order.
Delivery driver was very helpful and delivered in good time.

They are simply the pits. Phone unanswered for literally hours , false message saying “ you are number two in the queue “

Products part delivered and then when the final missing order was delivered we checked if for damage but missed that it was the wrong size. That came weeks later when we went to install it.

It’s simply impossible to contact anyone by phone , email (no response) and finally by a supposed computer chat.

How can they be allowed to continue trading ??? The reviews , the bad ones , don’t lie, as for the good ones ….hmmm

I have now been on hold with them for 30 minutes so I'm using this time to write a review.

They have not delivered an item for me for 2 months now and phoning them is a lengthy process as they rarely answer their phone. They have not replied to my emails.

I'm getting close to contacting my credit card to get a refund as they seem like scammers.

This company are scammers. Ordered taps which weren't delivered. When we chased after 3 weeks they told us taps were not in stock and told us to pay more for ones that were. Still no taps and no refund, they are ignoring our messages. We have lost £380 on this scam. I'm getting a CCJ against them, this is not right

This company took my money and gave me a 4 week delivery date. After 5 weeks I chased and they replied saying it would be another week. After 6 weeks Iv tried to contact them and after multiple times on hold and emailing every day Iv not been able to speak to anyone leaving me without my £2500 order and having to get my bank involved.

Do not buy from this company. They took my money, sent the incorrect goods, wouldn't answer the phone, wouldn't answer emails, wouldn't answer their own customer services request form. Didn't want to know! They virtually robbed me of nearly £400!

Shocking !
I have ordered a basin which unfortunately I had to send back. I was told I will not get my refund because I put their address in the box ( please bear in mind basin isn’t damaged it was sent in perfect condition !) I offered to pay for the box or get the basin back. After contacting them over and over again I still haven’t heard back. I was trying to call but also no one answered. I have bathroom and kitchen renovation business and we don’t treat out customers like this. This isn’t acceptable ! Avoid this company ! Do not order from them ! They are thieves and scammers !

Placed order end of October, emailed for update after 2 weeks, received apology and was told they had requested the warehouse for immediate delivery. This was the last communication I was to get from them. 2 further emails were not responded to, 2 requests for cancellation via their online form also not responded to. Fortunately I paid by credit card, took up dispute with my bank who gave an immediate refund and they are now dealing with this fraudulent company.

Order was partially delivered and when we tried to get the missing parts it transpired that they were out of stock (and through other sites I found out they had been out of stock with the manufacturer for some time, so their website is misleading as there was no indication of this). They then sent the parts we did have again in error, despite a very clear email from me stating what was missing. It’s impossible to speak to anyone in Aftersales - they have a 3 day SLA for email response which was met about 15% of the time. Had to resort to emailing their CEO and threatening legal action to get anywhere. Would never order from them again.

Oh my goodness, another online scam site. I too purchased items just before Christmas. These were delivered in non-sealed packaging. On checking my item it has a fault. No replies to phone calls within their stated opening hours. Numerous emails sent and online messages using their page with no reply. I’m at a loss now what to do with >£500 of faulty item. Just unbelievable.

Very poor aftersales service. As mentioned by other reviewers they never respond to emails and never pick the phone up despite many many attempts. Was delivered incorrect items which I am simply trying swap for the right ones. Not holding much hope now. Won't be buying from this company again.
