Due to an illness, I’ve used your x-large ice packs for many years. This last order the product was very disappointing, it was extremely lean, hardly any gel, it felt almost empty.

Arthritic feet
They work very well for my arthritic feet. I keep my booties in the freezer at all times.
Be careful not to walk in them.

Overall fine, but package has been opened
The good: these toe separators are pretty comfortable and not too noticeable throughout the day.
The bad: the package I received seems like it was a return or somehow one of the sections got opened and then taped shut. That grosses me out if somebody put those between their toes and then returned the package. I know these separators can be washed, but I don’t think I can use those two. So I’m happy it was a pack of 12 because at least I still have 10 I feel comfortable using.

Very fast shipping, great product
Very fast shipping, product as described and a very helpful product, at that. As someone with chronic pain due to Long COVID, these compression ice packs were just what I needed.

Standard Size FLEXI KOLD
I ordered the 2 standard package of FLEX KOlD. It is wonderful to be able to ice the front and back of my leg at the same time. I arranged both in a king pillow case for easy wrapping around the leg.
