Due to an illness, I’ve used your x-large ice packs for many years. This last order the product was very disappointing, it was extremely lean, hardly any gel, it felt almost empty.

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed. I wish I would have ordered these first. I ordered two different kinds of finger sleeves before these but neither one of them were what I needed. In fact they hurt. This product is perfect for my achy finger joints.

CAP ice pack
Your product ice pack cap that covers my entire head and upper back neck area is fantastic when I get my migraines. This is a second one so I always have a "cold one" in the freezer. My only disappointment was that the cost was twice the amount from last year when I purchased my first one, but still worth it when you have a migraine and can't do anything.
