Great Christmas deals and fast shipping

Good prices, quick delivery and often a little extra something you didn't order but is cool.

Love Natura Market! I order at least once a month because it is the best and fastest way to get all of the brands I love that are not always found in store!

I love ordering from NaturaMarket. My Mom is on two special diet one for her Diabetic and the other one for her Kidney Disease. You have allot of items that she can count on. I need to watch for her carbs, sodium and potassium. The only thing I would like to see is having Natura Market giving us points that we can accumulate for free foods. Otherwise, I do not have any complaints. I am so glad I found this company. This review if not only for my last experience it is since I started to order form the company.

I've been ordering from NaturaMarket about once a month for the past few years, as they have brands that aren't easy to find in stores, like NutPods, Siete and Immi. I live outside of a major city and the shipping is always quite fast and I've never had any issues. The only one minor complaint I have is that I purchased a hot sauce and the expiry date was just over 30 days from when it arrived. According to their terms, they can do this so I didn't complain, but I thought it should have been discounted and/or noted, since it's very hard to use a bottle of hot sauce in a month unless your pouring it over everything you eat. It also made me reconsider buying large amounts of things to store in my pantry if I don't know if the foods will have an expiry close to when they arrive.

A wonderful and accessible space for those of us who are on the lookout for more health or eco-conscious options. Never had a bad experience - orders arrive fairly quickly and the items are carefully packed. I love that they offer points for reviews posted for the items that your purchased which can be used as cash at the time of checkout.

I love this online store so much. I'm able to get so many of my favourite brands that I could typically only get in the US. My old method was to go to the US and stock up when I could but now I can get everything delivered to my doorstep! There are a variety of sales each month so I often find some of my go-to's on sale.

I love ordering from Natura Market. They offer items that I love and can't get locally. Fast and efficient shipping as well.

I've been shopping with Natura for a few years and I love the selection, quick delivery and sometimes I get free samples too! My deliveries always come well packaged so there is no damage to the items.

I have been ordering regularly from Natura Market for over 5 years. It has always been reliable, quick delivery and great customer service, up until recently.
Judging by other reviews, I am not alone.
Ordered a large order Dec 2 and Dec 4 order was shipped (which was great).
Shipment did not arrive and Dec 13 began attempts to connect with courier, however they were non-responsive. Reached out to Natura Customer service Dec 16 and was told they will reach out to courier.
Dec 18 had not heard back from customer service and reached out to again and was told the same ”following up with courier”.
Dec 20th we drove an hour to the courier’s terminal to discover they cannot locate the package. Advised Natura Market and a requested to be refunded or have the ordered reshipped with different carrier. Continued to be told “following up with courier for update”.
There is no phone number, can only communicate over email. I have requested what policy is on timeframe before a package is resent or refunded - this questions has been ignored in multiple emails.
Super frustrating, as a long-term customer who loves the products and has promoted the products.

Great options for low carb. I especially love the jams and breads.

I enjoy looking through the multitude of products NaturaMarket carries. I can find new products, read the reviews and make my shopping choices. I can say that I have personally liked most of the products I have purchased, and have several items that I always keep in my pantry that I can't find in grocery stores.

I've been ordering from Naturamarket for years now. Great place to get foods needed for allergies or specific diets. It's made my gluten free/dairy free journey a lot easier. Any time I've had an issue customer service has been great to help right away!

Great selection at great prices. I regularly shop here because when I price check for items I routinely use NaturaMarket has the best prices on the brands I want. They also have fun items I'd never tried before that have become new favourites. I'll keep coming back again and again.

We love ordering from NaturaMarket. We have found a lot of food items that are perfect for our diet. They once sent us buns that had mold, but we got a refund after. I wish they had a physical store as their shipping times takes a while.

NaturaMarket is phenomenal. They are so trustworthy and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I've actually had an instance where I forgot to enter a discount code and when I emailed them immediately with my mistake, they found a way to honour my request. They are also very prompt and efficient in getting the product out and communicating when it is delivered. I'm a senior with very little trust of online shopping but I find NaturaMarket very user friendly, very reliable, and actually personable!!

I have shopped on Natura Market for many years, and continue to order from there at least once a month. They sell so many great products that you cannot find anywhere else in Canada!

Food is fresh and ships right away

I love their products. Some of these are products I can’t find anywhere else. My order gets packed nicely. They take care to make sure that items that are fragile are packed appropriately. My orders are delivered when they say they’re going to be delivered. The one time I had an issue with a delivery They were quick to start to look into it and resolve it.

I have also picked up from their Mississauga location. Which was also very convenient.

I will continue to order from them as they are excellent!
