Since the very first conversation I had with the lovely Catherine I have had the most fantastic experience with this company and these wonderful people! She was at my beck and call, even at the most ridiculous hours, answering all of my concerns!

My kit arrived with in a kit then I had my training with Destiny who was wonderful! She was so helpful, friendly and informative and I now feel confident to start my new teeth whitening business.

So happy with my Diamond purchase

From the very first phone call my sales rep Catherine showed upmost professionalism. She was always on the phone when I needed her and answered all my messages immediately. I went for the Diamond package

Yesterday I had my training with Destiny who again was a great help. The training was very in depth, she answered all of my questions and concerns and we had a good laugh along the way! My model got 18 shades whiter and we were both amazed at the results. Destiny also gave me some great social media tips as well and I've already managed to book 4 appointments through instagram :)

If you want professionalism, support and confidence from a company then don't go with anyone else

I did lots of research prior to investing and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the customer service staff were. I initially spoke to a lady called Catherine, she was in the sales department and she was extremely friendly and very informative, any questions I asked, she clarified, also anything I was unsure of, she clarified, sent me all the relevant information I needed and was just what can I say ‘Super Helpful’ Thank you so much!!
I opted for the Diamond Package and was amazed with everything that was included. Delivery was quick and well packed, my lamp came boxed and was well supported with foam, my products came in a box and again well packed.
I’ve just completed my training today with Sarah Sinclair in the training department. Sarah was fantastic, really friendly and down to earth, one of the best trainers I’ve experienced, her knowledge of the Naturawhite products and the system was amazing. She put me at ease straight away after a hectic morning of dropping my 2 and 3 year old at nursery! She was extremely informative and I felt I could ask questions throughout if I was unsure of anything. I opted on using my husband as a model and he was a royal pain, didn’t want to have the gum shield in, kept gipping and complaining, I didn’t think we would get any results but was pleased when his teeth lifted 6 shades lighter! Sarah also went above and beyond and gave me tips and hints to use on social media, I’m a true technophobe when it comes to FB and Instagram. She talked me through the trade shop which was super easy to use and to make purchases. I didn’t want the session to end, felt I could have chatted all day long. I might even jump on the teaching wagon again and become a trainer. I even carried out the session on myself and my teeth lifted 12 shades lighter. I’ve had a fantastic day and I can’t wait to get started!

I completed my Naturawhite Training with Destiny yesterday. From start to finish she was an absolute joy. Making myself and my model feel completely at ease. The friendly and compassionate nature of Destiny (and everyone else i have encountered within the company already) has made this such an easy and positive transition. The training was thorough, well presented and interesting. To mine and my male models shock, his teeth were a whopping 25 shades brighter!!!! This was the cherry on top! What a great product and excellent team.

Ive always wanted to be able to offer teeth whitening and after almost a year of research into companies and their products Naturawhite was the clear market leader. From my first conversation with Catherine regarding my options to get started, to seeking support from the customer service team and to my training with Sarah today the service is impeccable. I have recently completed my naturawhite training after purchasing the kit the whole experience was great christina in customer services from the initial call to purchase was very friendly and informative. I took the training with Sarah who was lovely, the training was very informative and covered everything in detail,I have had a few questions after and Sarah has kept in communication and helped me which is great. My model and my own results where great and I have confidence in the products which I am excited to offer to customers. The trade shop is easy to use and delivery is fast ,all in all a great experience with Naturawhite and I look forward to the future of my business :) thankyou

Was initially happy with the price and consultation, after the several sessions during the 90 minutes I was in, end result showed no difference to the colour at all.

I can’t recommend Naturawhite highly enough, the training has been exceptional, very detailed and informative. I completed my training with Sarah on Monday the 31st of October. Sarah went through everything in minor detail and was very patient with any questions that I had to ask. The equipment and products given with your kit are second to none. You are provided with everything you need to start your teeth whitening journey which is great value for money and the lamp provided is very strong. The insurance offered is a very reasonable price and it is good to have a well known trusted brand behind you. The brand sells itself for customers. I am really happy to be a naturawhite representative and can’t wait for my new business venture grow from strength to strength. Sarah was a great trainer and has provided me with plenty of support afterwards.

Our trainer Destiny took her time to explain and made sure we understood at every stage of the class. I love the fact that she then sent a manual or further useful information via email as it is hard to retain all the information at one go. I’m really chuffed I’ve chosen to bring Naturawhite to my salon. Sarah my trainer was great, a lovely friendly person and very helpful, made my training easier.
The product itself was brilliant, easy for my client to follow the instructions. Her teeth went 12 shades whiter which she was so happy about.
I’m really excited to offer this treatment . As a beauty therapist, where I do everything, I did find it weird that I couldn’t help and could only advise but it’s something I’ll get use to.

Highly recommended! I was so impressed when the kit arrived it was really professional and high quality and looks beautiful in my beauty room and it came really quickly too. The service when I was looking at starting was brilliant and I got really quick responses with lots of information. I did my training with Katie who was lovely and went through the step clearly with me so I felt ready to get started straight after. My model had very stained teeth and it lifted by 8 shades in the first session which she hasn’t experienced before and I then did my own which were already pretty white and I got them to the top shade and have had lots of comments! I’m not great on social media but there are marketing files available and having a look through them there’s everything I need to get started.

I have completed Gold teeth whitening training by Natura white. The service was amazing, easy going and simple to understand. Laura Moore was my trainee, who was so helpful at all times. She made me understand the whole training session and the procedures, and made me feel so confident in the service. Her personality and warmth made the entire training ever so easy and straight forward. I enjoyed my training with Natura white, now I can not wait to start providing teeth whitening service to my clients after my holiday am feeling excited already.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would, Right from the start it’s just been nothing but smooth running, from our initial phone call for more information we just felt confident about moving forward, we had the double diamond package so handing over that kinda of cash is scary. From that point any questions we had were answered swiftly, always had a reply back on what’s in a timely manner. Training was great destiny Quinn made things very easy and simple to follow and we all had a laugh along the way. We have been live since Friday and have completed 2 appointments with 5 more booked this week. We are excited to see what the future brings
