After a slightly rocky start with the box arriving damaged, I can not speak highly enough of Naturawhite. Firstly, the training is amazing! The online training portal gave me all the information I needed and then the Blueprint training, taken by the lovely Sarah, filled me with confidence and answered any remaining questions I had.

Cat is great too. Always there to lend a hand and support during my journey. I am so glad that I am able to operate my teeth whitening business in the knowledge that I am doing it legally!!

Another bonus is the marketing material they provide. I wasn't expecting such detail and guidance to be provided and I am well on my way to mastering social media marketing!

A concern I had was the results I was going to be able to give to my clients. I have managed to run some appointments with friends and family and I am glad to say they are all leaving with dazzling smiles, some even upto 16 shades whiter! The new gels are brilliant!

What a disappointment! Product does NOT work. After they received my payment my so called account manager disappeared into nowhere. I was told I'd be allocated a new one but that didn't happen. I am devastated that we threw all that money into nothing! Who does this? I had so much positive faith in this venture but it has financially crippled me and does not deliver product wise, nor support wise!!

I have started my journey with Naturawhite and have been impressed by every step, from the first call with Catherine to go over everything i needed to know and consider before making the decision to the training with Sarah, im not looking back now! So informative and professional! I love how the assistance has been immediate, no question too small or any bother to them
In training Sarah provided in depth understanding and awesome tips which has made me feel like i can accomplish setting up the business with ease, her personal touch to helping me understand whats involved and how to go about appointments really assured me how achieveable getting into a good flow with customers will be.
Sarah provided loads of links, and help to target specific customer base’s, making the arduous task of knowing where to begin so much easier, the resources available with Naturawhite are brilliant, i can navigate the platform with ease and access marketing support, products, forms and guidance.
I am feeling very well supported and confident to start, it’s an exciting experience rather than a stressful business set up
Sarah went over all the products so i can fully understand them, how safe they are (ingredients) and how they work, which is absolute key to provide a great service customers can be confident in.

The best machine I loveee my diamond laser light, and the products are flawless what is better nowadays than products that are divine and are cruelty free and completly vegan friendly. The results are amazing. The self service training by Sarah sinclair was amazing, Catherine at sales team was so patient with me and we really got on, but she actually helped me sooo much. Sarah's training was smooth, easy and she could easily answer any questions or concerns I had, I have plenty of notes from my session, she gave me some great tips, and help me with insurance I was set up that day 😀

We took on Naturawhite in September this year from the start the service and training has been exceptional. Our clients have been super impressed with the results seeing anything from 6-14 shades whiter. The product quality is fantastic and we will be ordering more aftercare products.

I started my business with naturawhite and the support has been great, however the light I ordered was sooo late in arriving and then on top of that, it was also damaged from the delivery so had to organise getting a new one. it made me have to cancel a few of my new appoinmtents I had lined up, which wasn't a great start for the new biz and my reputation! VERY frustrating!!!!

Don’t bother. Ordered and asked for an update no reply for 3 days. Supposedly “complete” no tracking info nothing and emails and messages ignored. Seems like most the “reviews” on here are for courses not their trade account for items… don’t waste your time

No demand. People are very sceptical.
So, I joined Naturawhite as an ambassador back in 2020.
customer services were lovely. Really informative and helpful. My trainer was also lovely.
they get you to do a trust pilot straight after the training, which you would give 5 stars. Which I did but am now amending.
I have been so deflated by starting this up, struggling to get clients and struggling to repay the training. All questions I send to the company come back with a generic answer which isn’t helpful. I feel like they took my money and left me to it.
This was supposed to be life changing, for what Naturawhite claims itself to be but has only made my life worse and keeps me awake at night. I was charging £49 a treatment, 50% less than what they said I could get and still I could not get people to in the door.
I’m the only person in my area doing this, I get messages but no takers, because I have to be very careful with what I say legally.
I also don’t think the products work that great. I have made the decision to sell it on, losing £2k because now my products were nearing expiration and I didn’t want to invest more.
Really really disappointing.

From start to finish the Naturawhite team have been brilliant. Catherine was so helpful prior to purchasing the package and answered every question I could think of within minutes before I decided to go ahead. During training Sarah was brilliant, so knowledgeable and helpful and she’s really given me the confidence and belief that I can go out and make a successful business.

Such and easy and exciting experience to become an ambassador at Naturawhite!! Catherine who I purchased the course and kit off was great and my Sarah Sinclair who I done the training with was amazing!! Made me feel such at ease and explained everything very clear! Loved my training, great results and fantastic product.

Received a voucher from my son. Had a bit of difficulty booking as online they require payment. Eventually got put in touch with Melissa in Aberdeen, gave her the time and date, received a reply confirming I was all booked. I showed up for my appointment to find the door locked, phoned the head office who couldn’t get in touch with her. Seem to be extremely disorganised, will not be using them in future.

The whole experience was super easy, Catherine answered every question I had and helped me throughout the whole process. My trainer Harley was amazing, explained everything so well, gave great advice and is super supportive. Thank you guys so much.

Catherine was so lovely, informative and helpful to me! She answered every question I had with no much knowledge and guidance and is the reason I really bought into the business - she is an absolute credit to the team at Natura!

I then had my training with Sarah which was amazing! She made sure it worked at a time that suited me best and our training session felt more like chatting with a friend! She is so helpful and knows all the tips and tricks not just with the process but for marketing and other things too

So, I joined Naturawhite as an ambassador back in March. Ti be honest, customer services were lovely. Really informative and helpful. My trainer Sarah was also lovely, she did give lots of points that I have used.

This was supposed to be life changing for my family, for what Naturawhite claims itself to be but has only made my life worse and keeps me awake at night. I was on maternity leave with no money and thought this was my breakthrough. I had messaged Naturawhite and I had Laura call me who was absolutely lovely and gave me some brilliant brilliant advice - however I still haven’t managed to get people in. I am not expensive- I actually am the cheapest that I’ve seen and that still isn’t good enough.
I’m the only person in my area doing this and there is absolutely no demand for it. It’s knocked my confidence massively. I also don’t think the products work that great and received a lot of missing products when my kit came for the first 10 customers.

Training quality was 5*, There was no question to stupid and she informed me on everything I needed to know,
Sarah talked me through every step of the session and training and spoke to my model and made the training straight forward and simple to understand.
Sarah talked me through all the products and equipment and what they were used for and how to use everything also showed me how to use the shade guide.
We went onto the trade shop and was shown how to get insurance and extra support and purchase extra products and how the delivery times work.
We spoke about marketing support and best times to advertise and how to use the photos of my model to advertise and to network using #tag and to get more followers /customers
My model went 16 shades whiter in our session which she was very happy with and also I was chuffed to see the difference in the shades from beginning to end thankyou I would highly recommend training with sarah
