They took almost $80 total…

They took almost $80 total unauthorized out of my credit card. .will not answer phone and says mailbox has not been set up so you can't leave a message to them ..my credit card company has a block to keep them from taking out again...they are stealing from credit card s

Customer service like an airline....

I have been a repeat customer for a while. I accidentally bought the wrong flavor of a product. In part this is because the product image is identical for each flavor and the site defaults to the flavor I don't like. The other issue is that during checkout they did not collect my email and send me an order confirmation. So the order arrives in the wrong flavor and they say they can't do an exchange but I can pay for shipping to return it and pay a $10 restocking fee and then reorder. BUT they won't honor the promotion that I bought with the first time because it's over.

The rep I spoke with was very attentive but was defensive and the company is clearly not interested in helping me get my desired outcome which was to get my order in the correct flavor at the promotional price that I wanted.

Their supplements are fine, it's really surprising to me that a company that sells expensive supplements wouldn't have more of a customer-centric approach. They eventually waived the restock fee because I asked, but they acted like they were doing me a favor accepting a return (where I pay for shipping) and not honoring the promo I originally used.

Product Will Not Dissolve

This product will not dissolve like it says it will. Even when I put it in my VITAMIX it still won't break down. EVERYTHING breaks down in a Vitamix!! Very disappointing. I consider it a waste of money and a learning experience. :-(

NatureMD runs a sale over the weekend…BUT

NatureMD runs a sale over the weekend (starting Friday afternoon:
1. Customer has NO ability to phone in, only receive a return call during set hours (Monday to Friday)
2. Customer service tries its best to follow up, but they will only call you back during certain hours (they call you, you cannot call them!) PLUS they cannot tell how much the taxes are until they make the actual sale, so you do not know how much you will be charged unless you make the purchase.
3. website for online purchasing is down...tried Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox

In today's age with technology it cannot be this difficult to run an online website with purchasing.

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. The Gut product does NOT work. Try to get a refund and you will have to go through so many phone calls, emails and promises that they will not keep. They promised that they would NOT issue the credit to my card that had been compromised PRIOR to the return. They would not take the new credit card number and despite multiple emails stating that they would issue an eCheck, they credited my compromised credit card. They then made a bunch of excuses, put me on hold for a long time and virtually said they would not fix it until they got notification from the bank. Ugh I would not recommend this company at all. Do so at your own risk.

They won't give product info

I emailed them to find out exactly how much Turmeric is in the GutRhythm Daytime Detox, as I am already taking a Turmeric supplement and the label does not break down the ingredients. Kelly's reply was:
"It's a proprietary spice blend so we cannot disclose all spice ingredients. So, while we do not want to give away our secret blend you can rest assured all the ingredients in our flavor blend meet our product claims as listed on our packaging". WHAT?! You can't/won't tell me what's in the product I am PAYING YOU FOR AND INGESTING? That's unacceptable.

Poor support. Can't get info on dosage. The Sites :Extensive FAQ" has 1 question only!

Received their product GutRythm Daytime Detox: Dosage says: Take ONE SCOOP Product did not come with a scoop. NO other info on wha the dosage is. "Chat support" No response. Frequently Asked Questions-- They say, go to our EXTENSIVE LIST of FAQs -- THERE IS one, as in 1 question: HOW DOES YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORK? Thats it-- NO OTHER QUESTIONS!! Also they never answer their support line. OVER 1 hour.

Falsely flagged account

Just like Anne, Larry, Chris, and Anthony, my account was "flagged" even though I have NEVER ordered from this company EVER. First time I ordered, and I was refunded the money saying my account was flagged for fraudulent activity, unauthorized reselling, bank disputes, BLAH BLAH BLAH. I am arguing with them currently and they promised to investigate and correct their mistake, which it is 100%. I will update my review of them if they fix the mistake. Not holding my breath but let's see what happens. Great product, horrendous treatment of repeat customers and even one time customers who could actually BECOME repeat customers.

Very unpleasant experience with Naturemd support staff

I had an experience with Naturemd Customer "Service" that was similar to Anthony (review of 7/28/22) after having been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I was told that due to some unspecified fraud on my account, I could never make a purchase from them again. I even asked to speak with a manager who told me the same thing and said they could not override this fraud flag. I have found their products (GutConnect 365 and Synbiotic) very helpful so was quite upset about their lack of customer support. I will be looking for a replacement product and will tell everyone I know about how terribly they treat customers!!

The customer service is HORRENDOUS

The customer service is HORRENDOUS. They don't pick up on their support line, and don't return phone calls. I just got an additional six boxes of Synbiotic, when I still had five other boxes at home (and I take the product as directed, 1 capsule/day). I am cancelling future orders.

Orders get cancelled. SCAM

Similar experience as others..order was cancelled due to "account being flagged" and was told flag cannot be removed. I think others have had issues not receiving their refund so I will check to make sure I am refunded. Site seems like a SCAM

I never write reviews ever, but thought I had to say something.

I never write reviews for companies ever, but I felt like I had to write a review for this company to let others know my experience. Came onto this company to buy a pack of 6 of an item, next morning my order was refunded and cancelled with no explanation. Emailed them why I got cancelled, and told me that my account has been "flagged" for reasons that could pertain to: Bank dispute, fraudulent activity or unauthorized reseller of items, which I did not plan to do nor done any of those things, as it was my first time ever buying from them. Also told me that once an account has been flagged, it can NOT be removed. Do not buy from this company. If they treat customers correct, you would think you would have more customers = making more money right?
