I was just there for a product they show they sell and the two gentlemen behind the counter were more interested in socializing with another man than helping. The one unkept gentleman that did ‘attempt’ to help couldn’t move his lazy body to get out from behind the counter. Remedial customer service training needed her!

I ordered a bunch of stuff two weeks ago! No communication and no updates. Nothing has been shipped and don’t even know if they have or if they will ever ship., but they sure are quick to take your money! Absolute fraud!

Do not put your credit card in their system. I order 1x and upon confirming on 1st order, I noticed the autoship and asked representative to cancel the auto ship. Every month since Sept/25 I’ve been charged $230 to my credit card for another autoship- that is the 4th time! Nobody responds to my emails but each time I call during their business hours I’m assured that the autoship has been cancelled. I’ve also asked for my name, contact details and credit card to be removed from their system… poor business etiquette and lack of safety to my credit card.

I admit the first time I ordered i had problems with my delivery but once I received my order I was satisfied with the results. I have been using this product since December of 2024 and im still using it.

Ordered two products on Sunday and it's now Thursday and it's not even shipped. This store has been going downhill in terms of shipping. Contacted customer service and there's no response.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered online and waited 7 days without receiving any updates or shipping details. After 6 days, I called customer service and was told someone would call me back, but no one did. On the 7th day, I called again and was informed the product was out of stock. This lack of communication and accountability wasted my time and shows very poor customer service.

It took a bit longer than expected to get the order shipped, it was still within a reasonable timeframe. All went well. The price I paid for my items was lower than everywhere else I checked, they had the bonus size available, which was hard to find, shipping costs were reasonable

My first and only experience with Nature's Source Inc. was disappointing. Shipping was fast, but my order was incorrect, and I didn't receive two paid-for products. Despite calling and emailing customer service, I received no response. After seven business days and multiple calls to the Oakville store, I decided to dispute the credit card charge due to their lack of response.

order 24 march and now we are 12 april nothing received call them 3 times and no come back.never received very poor service i will call visa because i sure know that it is a wrong compagnie that use the name of a good one so be carefull.

bought cream from them. two months later there is mold growing on the surface of the cream. customer service is not responding. do not recommend shopping here

Never received the product after numerous attempts to reach out to customer service and get an update over the last 60 days. Absolute and complete ripoff, BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Absolute rip off, product comes from China just like the ones on Ebay, not from "small farms in a tropical climate" don't buy it.

They shipped the wrong item and I contacted customer service to ship the correct one. The person responding to my emails asked for information already provided in the initial email. And subsequent emails from him provided absolutely no help whatsoever. I had to email to ask what the next step is. Extremely poor customer service and does not care once the sale has been made. Will never be doing business with their store again.

I recently placed an order with their online store before the weekend. On the following Tuesday, I noticed that my order was still not processed. I called to find out what happened and I was told that they were awaiting one of the items from their other location (since they are relatively small stores). I was told that they would expedite the order for me & the order ended up arriving before their estimated ETA! I was pleased by this and by the whole exchange on the phone as well. Esp. when customer service these days is generally hit or miss and long wait times etc...Its my second time ordering from them & I am pretty satisfied but hoping that they might expand their product range...

This was my first and last purchase on this website they are horrible, I put and paid for my order on Jul-3/2023 today is Jul-6/2023, and I called them, and they say are going to check the product that I ordered if they have.

My order has been stopped for 3 days! No even checked out if they have the products, been 3 days, and nothing, I usually purchase on Amazon and they shipped in 1 day!
