Misleading marketing. I have bought the gummies for my arthritis pain and only paid £9.95 for the trial bottle. However, they want to charge me for a memberships £59.00. I am trying to return the unopened jar but there is no address, they don't answer the UK telephone number and no return label. I have already sent 5 emails but no reply. I am a senior person and can't afford the membership. Totally SCAM! Don't buy from them at all.

Admid that I was confused when I ordered and thought that that I got a chance to change it. Wrong. I paid for 2 orders and immediatly tried to regret it. It was rather expensive and when it was stopped by tax that made it more expensive I chose not to pay tax as they said they would send it retun. NB has all the way been kind and promissing, but I nearly lost faith in spite of their promisses it took more than 2 months to get back my money. For that I am thankful. Thank you

my partner tried to buy something ended up with just under £200. being taken from account and now cant even get the company to speak to us. please please stay away from this company.. Amazon should be responsible or at least help with this!!

Scam, not fda approved, taking money fraudulently, issuing a chargeback

Fraudulent advertising they say you only pay for postage costs and then they will charge you with the full amount because you have subscribed. I cancelled my order as soon as I received that horrible email and then they wanted me to pay for postage, for something they never sent me. Absolute scum, bad business, stay clear.

This company is a scam it never sent me what I ordered but took first payment of 9.95 for delivery of a trial bottle of Gummies. Then they took 49.95 for the bottle after 12 days. Now in the first place I never received the Bootle of gummies at all.so a total of 59.95 has been taken from my account and I have no bottle of gummies still. Be aware this company is a scam do not buy.

Thry just try charging me for the gums only got on Friday if i was misleading info blocked my card so see if they send email about the money very expensive fir a flavour i don't like strawberry sweets so won't be touch them now

I totally agree with the recent review by Robin.
I was sucked in by offer of free trial, I placed order paying £9-95 for postage, no mention of 12 day trial.
Order placed 5th Jan— item arrived by courier 13th Jan
(8 days later)—still no mention of 12 day trial.
I was shocked to receive an e mail on 17th Jan informing me that my 12 day trial was up and that they have billed me the full price of £49.95 which I noticed on my bank statement is a recuring payment !!!
Strangely enough (or maybe not) , I have tried to contact them on the e-mail address given but it won’t go through so I have had to contact my bank and cancel my card.
Total Con.!!

The online advert is very slick and persuasive with glowing testimonials from celebrities as well as "ordinary people".
The offer being made for their Hemp Gummies is for a free trial bottle, pay £9.95 for shipping. No other details mentioned, other than delivery can be 5-7 days, possibly longer due to high demand.
Upon placing and paying for my free trial bottle, I received an email informing me it was a 12 day trial which started immediately, at the end of which I would be charged £49.95 or I could return the bottle.
None of this was mentioned beforehand.
So, your free trial bottle is nothing of the sort and your supposed 12 days actually starts from date of order, not date of receipt. That alone is enough to raise a massive red flag.
Complete misleading hoax job.
I cancelled my order straight away and was originally told it would be cancelled and a refund would be processed.
The next day (19th) I received an email confirming my order has been shipped. I am in the midst of challenging them at present.
Shockingly inaccurate misleading advertisement. Stay clear.

Update - their latest reply is to deny any record of cancellation and to remind me that I am responsible for the return shipping cost and -get this- the bottle must be unopened! How can you trial something without opening the bottle?
Everything about this offer is so unsettling. They are -in their own words - offering a trial of the goods but, obviously if you chose to return,they would say an opened bottle is not acceptable.
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT.
The name of the company they were using with me was Bounty Nutrition, but similar experiences are portrayed here.

I've sent them a couple of questions. Will update when I get their answers. If I get any.

UPDATE 27 JANUARY '24 -
I finally got a very short response to my detailed email which raised a number of questions. It still left me in the dark over whether the trial period is from date of order or from receipt of product. They avoided nailing their colours to that mast, despite a very simple question requiring a very simple answer.

My other questions related to asking them to confirm whether they are expecting the return of opened bottles of gummies if the customer cancels within time. My initial email said if I was not satisfied after 12 days I was to cancel the (previously unmentioned monthly subscription), return the bottle and no further charges would be taken.
I queried what happened to the returned gummies. They had been removed from hopefully a clean, sterile area but after being opened and half consumed, the remaining gummies were to be returned. Were they put back into the system? Ditched? I brought up the danger of them being tainted or tampered before return and reminded them that once they had left the hygiene supervision of their manufacturing base, they were no longer able to guarantee they were safe and to the appropriate standard. The company has refused to address that angle at all.
Bearing in mind they do seem to be asking for 18 days supply to be returned, I do not actually feel safe consuming any gummies even from a sealed bottle. Most reputable companies would let you keep the bottle even on cancellation, simply due to hygiene/safety issue. The fact that this company wants its 18 gummies back (retail cost £30) is, to me, rather concerning.
Would you feel comfortable opening a sealed bottle? I wouldn't.
As I said, I've tried to get them to clarify that angle but the question is being ignored.
It could be an innocent oversight. But that's for potential customers to judge.

Every reply is so ambiguous from this company , it's easy to get confused as to what their stance actually is. All I can say, it's not the first one they reel you in with. Again, please be wary.

I payed for a free trial pack of gummies @ £9.95 for losing weigh, which I hope work. I understand that If I don't return them in 12 days, I will be charged £49. 99p, for further supplies, which was not mentioned till after I payed. The add hasn't mentioned how many I will receive. I checked my Bank account, this firm has taken 2 payments of £9.95p. I only payed £9.95p once. Not happy.
