It just arrived yesterday, we haven’t started using it to see results but the service was excellent

I've been buying some products from this website for several months now and I must say that the delivery has always been very rapid and I have had no issues with the courier ever.

However, the website is a mess to navigate. The search function doesn't always work. I don't like the fact the prices are displayed excluding VAT (I would greatly prefer if they could display the real total price in a clearer way).
In addition, I have received a 10% discount code (which honestly, after the hundreds of pounds, now probably more than one thousand that I've spent on the website, is more than deserved), but I haven't been able to use it. I inserted it, but then the payment failed and when I tried to complete it again, the website said that the discount was invalid as it had already been used (which is completely false, as that payment didn't go through). As my sister had a similar issue once, I find it highly suspicious that the payments often mysteriously fail precisely when you input a discount code and you end up being unable to use it, while everything goes smoothly when no discount is available.
Honestly thought I don't even think it's done on purpose, the website is simply full of bugs and they should work on it.
All in all, I'm still using the website because I can find the products I need and they ship it by the next day.

Arrived from UK to Spain quickly. Love the fact that all taxes are paid for in advance so no need to go through the Spanish customs system which can be prolonged. Good range of products and many are recommended by medics often, so my expectation is that those products would be better quality. Customer service is always keen to help and any issues have always been dealt with to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

They also have a 15min free call you can have with one of their nutritionists who can recommend you products personlised to the issue you are dealing with. The nutritionists I spoke to were so kind and helpful to me. I am in the process of healing my gut lining and it has been a very long and expensive journey so I am very grateful to have found this free service!
