I was a returning customer very happy with my first good experience and that Nature's Fix had done so well previously. This second time on the website the photo of the Ancient Purity Bentonite Clay is described as Organic. Nevertheless when we got the various packages it only had a logo stating 100% Natural, so we were disappointed. The service was efficient and prompt delivery! I appreciated knowing what had happened with the manufacturer changing packaging without informing Nature's Fix, thank you for letting me know as the first rule of customer service is 'keeping the customer informed ' so I have now edited to give you 5 stars for the remedial action you took and kept me informed. Many thanks and keep up the excellent work!

I apologise to Nature’s Fix for how long it’s taken me to leave this review — it’s been a long time coming.
Overall, my experience with the company was genuinely positive, even though it started off a little confusing. I accidentally created two accounts while ordering one as a guest and one as a registered account without realising at the time. Once this was clarified, everything was sorted out easily with no issues.

The only difficulty I experienced was with delivery time. I ordered a product specifically to help with interstitial cystitis, which can be extremely painful and uncomfortable, so timing was important for me. Unfortunately, the item didn’t arrive as quickly as expected, which was frustrating given the medical nature of the purchase.

That said, when I contacted customer service, they were understanding and helpful. They explained the situation clearly, provided me with a voucher as goodwill, and even offered a lifetime guarantee, which I really appreciated. I felt genuinely cared for as a customer rather than dismissed.
The only reason I no longer purchase directly from their website is purely financial. Due to the ongoing cost, it’s more manageable for me to buy the product locally from a health store rather than ordering online and needing to meet delivery thresholds. This wasn’t due to dissatisfaction just practicality.
I genuinely love the company, their website, and the way they treated me. They offer an impressive range of health-focused products, and it really does feel like you can find almost everything you might need in one place. I would absolutely recommend having a look, especially for anyone seeking supplements or support for specific health needs.

ordering is simple, handling is ok

After being conned out of some money by a sham company called Natural Herbs Market UK. I sent an email to Nature's Fix before any financial transaction/ order. I received a personal email back within 10 minutes. I then placed an order. I received an email order confirmation immediately with the order number. To my absolute delight the products arrived the very next day. Service & product etc = SUPERB. I'll be ordering again for sure. Thta's how you run a company!
