First of all, sorry for my English - I am more than 8 years your client and everything was allways very good - mean delivery, help, quality of products etc.
Only with the price now for my products ( cordyceps capsule - I used them because I am onkology patient )

Just perfect
Just perfect, found a product recommended by my health practitioner that I couldn't find elsewhere. It was a fantastic price and almost appeared before I could blink (ordered 15.30 one day - arrived the next!)

Great customer service
I have used this site several times. I am happy with the product and I have never had problems with the delivery, which is usually pretty quick. Unfortunately, I have had some technical issues with the site itself, as it fails to apply discount codes received via email. Following a bad review I left because of this, I was probably contacted by their customer service and a partial refund to cover the discount that had not been applied, and I was offered further discounts as an apology. They were very kind and followed up consistently. I am leaving 4 stars now just because of the site itself, which keeps being a bit inconsistent for me (I use the browser on my iPhone), but the products themselves are good, the delivery is fast and the customer service is excellent.
