****EDITED***** I had given a 1 star. I wanted to edit this to add that the company reached out to me and offered far more than I expected to make me happy. They apologized for not getting back to me. I am pleased they apologized and offered to make things right. I will order again as I really do like their oils. ***

I fell in love with their oils. Recommended them to friends and family. Got a store owner we are friends with to start carrying them. At one point talked to Gavin about becoming a sales rep and also about carrying them to sell myself in the future.
My last order was well over $100. I had been wanting to try Melissa oil for a while and it’s pricey. But I added it to the order. My order came. It had leaked half the bottle more out all over everything. I took pics. I contacted Customer service via phone. Could only get voicemail. I left a message and waited a week. No one called. I called again. Left another voicemail. Waited a week again. Emailed the email I had for Gavin and got no response at all. My friend who started carrying them in her store called to ask where her order was because it was late. She mentioned to them that I had had the problem of a leak and she was very upset to hear no one was reaching out to me about it. And she was told oh we will look into that! That’s again has been weeks ago. No one reached out to me. Seems like something has happened at this company now and they aren’t changes for the better. Very disappointed.

It was my first purchase and I missed the 25% off coupon so I immediately wrote an email as I was unable to reach anyone but I never heard back and did not receive the 25% off for my first order. It would have been great to hear from someone on how I could resolve this, Other than that small issue, I love the product. Thank you for your response.
