Received my first order from Naturitas today. I can't fault them - better price than other places and perfectly packed order arrived when they said it would. I'm not sure what went wrong for the other people who've used them but I'd 100% use them again! Thank you.

I have just received my first order in the UK from Naturitas . Great packaged ( i ordered a lot of jars), no leaks or faults with the delivery. I was very apprehensive to order given the reviews, but I have used klarna to pay as I felt it was safer given the bad reviews . The products and the whole process was flawless . I will 100% order again.

Unfortunately this company is close to be a scam. I bought a product a month ago and I was supposed to receive the package after 5 working days. At the moment the package is nowhere to be seen. The tracking number I was given keep on saying Royal mail should receive the package soon but the company has no idea if the package has been sent or not. I've sent them a screen shot which clearly shows that the company has created the tracking number for the carrier... but the carrier has never picked up the parcel! The tracking should have moved from 'created' to 'in transit' to 'out for delivery' to 'delivered' - It's been a month and the tracking only says' Created' - Customer service is beyond appalling, every time I send a message I am given new and conflicting info with what I was told on the previous email and my queries are not actually acknowledged. I have been given a form to sign so they can open an investigation but they also require a 'resolution document' from the Royal Mail which does not make sense as Royal mail has not received anything so nothing for them to have a resolution on.

Scammy! Canadian .ca website but if you dig, you’ll find that products ship from Europe, resulting in unknown excessive customs fees. Have a question for support? Form requires ALL your info over multiple pages before you can even ask a question then leads to a dead end - basically a smaller version of the faq.

I had previously shopped from this website without any issues. However, my most recent order was extremely disappointing. I specifically ordered a particular version of a shampoo, but I was sent a different version instead.

When I contacted customer service, I clearly explained — and showed — that the product I received is not the same as the one I ordered (different version, packaging, and formulation). Despite this, they insisted that the products are identical, which is simply not accurate.

Instead of offering a constructive solution, the responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful. I expected a more professional and customer-oriented approach, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this company again. I would advise other customers to double-check their orders and be cautious.

I have the CEO's email address, Nicola Lavarino, and his private secretarys email address. I have sent them both emails as a matter of urgency as I am being harassed by members who work at Naturitas customer services. These people are harrasing me, causing me alarm and distress by sending me repeated emails over and over. I have also had to contact authorities in Spain, Policía Nacional and the Guardia Civil to investigate this cyber bullying and harassment. These people are extreamly weird and are causing me distress. Nevertheless, I have been assured that my emails to Nicola Lavarino, and the Policía Nacional and the Guardia Civil will be taken very seriously. They are stalking me, all because they sent me smashed goods and will not refund me my money. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST YOU USE THIS COMPANY, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. 0 out of 10. Absolutely weirdo's. I have all the evidence I need and have forwarded it on to the above.

Oh crikey I wish I had read the reviews on here before I was duped by Naturitas UK!! I bought some witch hazel cream on this website and the ingredients list bore *very* little resemblance to the true ingredients list on the packaging when the cream showed up!! Then when I complained of this I was told that I could return it to Spain at my own expense despite the error being theirs!! Never NEVER again will I buy from this site...

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered on 1st Dec 2025, to date, 8 weeks later I have received nothing but generic emails saying the order will be despatched within 10 days. Supremely frustrating- I am trying to get a refund.

I ordered from this company in December 2025 then read the reviews on here. I was very worried and actually contacted them by email. They did respond fairly promptly and I received my order several days later. We should be advised that they are based in Spain which of course causes a delay in delivery.

My experience with Naturitas is very negative. On several occasions I received products such as chips and bread that were completely crushed and no longer airtight. Complaints about this were ignored.

A order was also placed twice due to a technical error. Cancellation was not possible via the website and the phone number did not work. Despite immediate cancellation by email I received no response for days. Eventually I was told that cancellation was no longer possible even though the shipment was only confirmed later.

As a solution I was instructed to refuse one order but both orders were packed together. The result was a double delivery with forty crushed bags of chips. Complaining to Naturitas is pointless the customer service barely responds is curt and offers no solutions. A very bad experience and absolutely not recommended.

Do not order! a month after my order nothing received! Zero help zero customer services, looks like business based in Spain not uk.
Probably a scam!

So frustrating because this company does stock some great products at good prices. However, I emailed them back in November about an incorrect item in my order and they keep on sending a generic email saying that they have a high volume of queries and will get back to me. Been waiting for over 1 month which is shocking!

Since 30 December, the item has shown as sender has advised they have dispatched item to Royal Mail. It is now 9 January and it hasn't been received by RM.
Email reply from the company said let them know if it hasn't arrived with 5 working days. That reply was sent on day 6. Not helpful.

I initially criticised Naturitas (4 days ago)about delays and gave 2 stars , but I've finally received my delivery after 10 days which, with hindsight is not bad at all.Everything was in perfect condition ,so I'm giving 4 stars.However, the fact that there is no collection option for this product remains an issue, which will put me off buying it in the near future .

Placed a order for 4x large honey jars, items arrived but 1x of the 1kg honey jar was completely damaged in packaging with glass shattered, the items should have been bubble wrapped but instead we're packaged with brown paper which is not ideal for a fragile product hence the damaged caused via transit, no telephone for naturitas, ive know sent several emails with photos but to responce, no customer service at all, I found this experience very frustrating and disappointing, NATURITAS this is the last time I purchase from you, I will take my money somewhere else.

Scam and thieves, they owe me 50€ for a refund that never arrived and only AI bots are answering, what a shame!!!!!!! Stay away!!!

It's been almost a month since I ordered a few things from their website and my order not only that it's not on the way, but still hasn't even left their facility. It's insane, customer service not responding, not helpful at all.
If I had known it's like that, I wouldn't have ordered anything from them, especially because I had other options.
So frustrating.

Have ordered an aftershave, Erbolario brand.

I have received what is an obvious fake product. There was no wrapping of the box, no internal cardboard, and the fragrance is totally different from the one I just finished, bought from a perfume shop.

Also, they do not tell that they are not in UK, and the shipment takes ages before it gets to Royal Mail. The apparent delay is because is shipped from Spain, and only comes to UK a week-ten days later.

Order was never delivered. I wrote to them on numerous occasions and got no reply. Will never order from them again and would discourage anyone to buy from them. Worse website ever.

It is impossible to return an item as the option to return does not work on their website. The customer services is below appalling. There is no way of speaking to anything to get support; I have sent several emails and completed their online forms to seek help to no avail. I have been getting no response, which is extremely frustrating as I am unable to return the item. It is incredible that in 2025 there is no option to contact customer service via a chat, or to speak to a human, or anyone manning their inbox. Do not order with them because, if there is an issue, there is no way of getting any customer service support.
