Love it. Really nice jewellery.

I love this brand. I have worn a gold necklace daily for over a year and it is still shiny. The chain feels strong too, and I cannot wait for my new order to arrive.

I’ve sent two emails regarding a delivery that arrived broken . No response .

I really love Navalli jewellery. I have bought a few pieces and the quality has been amazing on all of them.

Ordering was simple and communication was excellent. Fast replies, quick delivery, and the product is amazing.

I love my new pearl choker. It was a perfect Christmas and birthday gift for my mum. It feels high quality and easy to wear every day.

Really helpful customer service. My order did not arrive after three weeks, so I contacted them and they sent a replacement parcel.

Beautiful jewellery. I bought a ring and earrings about a year ago and I still love them. They still look new and came in really pretty packaging.

Easy to order, delivery was quick, and the quality is great. I have bought lots for myself and for gifts and it has been spot on every time.

Order was “despatched”, yet 2 weeks later, no tracking was available on Royal Mail.

After nearly 3 weeks the items finally surfaced on Royal Mails system and I received all notifications that the items were on the way (contrary to everything I was told before!).

After much back and forth, the company agreed to refund my order - but we are now 3 weeks later and the refund is yet to arrive. When the package did finally arrive the items were not what I ordered.

An utter disaster from start to finish.

Customer service have always been responsive, polite and as helpful as possible. They say all the right things - but unfortunately what they say vs what happens are two different things!

I recently purchased 4 pieces of jewellery from them which arrived later than expected so could not have been as an Christmas present to my partner so on the day they arrived I gave two to my partner which she was happy with and I thought the quality was decent but a few days later was our anniversary and I gave the other 2 pieces as an anniversary present, the elara bracelet and diamond pendant necklace. Not even 12 hours the bracelet has fallen off my partners wrist on the way to breakfast. Turns out the bracelet has snapped which goes to show the poor quality of this product. Either that or a dodgy one was sent. Despite sending two emails they still haven’t got back to me. Hugely dissatisfied in the service and product I received.

I bought the gold bow necklace and bracelet and I was not disappointed, it’s of really great quality and my teenage daughter loves it. I had an issue with a mixup of my order and customer service couldn’t have been better, resolving the issue within minutes, hats off to the level of customer service.

Great customer service and really good quality. I sent my order to my old address by mistake, and they fixed it quickly after I shared my new address. The jewellery looks even in real life and I wear it all the time.

Great jewelry for the price, the finish Is smooth color looks amazing and the quality is very good. Also amazing customer service. Would buy again

delivery was insanely long as they failed to reveal that they are a drop shipping company and get all there products from abroad so in my opinion don’t bother.Along with lying about delivery dates plus uk phone number doesn’t work so major red flags all round. Products are okay and so is customer service

Quick delivery even around Christmas. Lovely packaging, and the jewellery has been great so far.

My daughter loves the necklace and I’m really happy about it. Also Aria from customer service was very helpful and always replied promptly. Love this company would by again 😊
