Good shelves, packaging needs improvement
The shelves them selves are good and work well for my application. Unfortunately the packaging they ship in doesn't offer enough protection. The last 3 shelves I received were damaged in shipping. One order of 2 came straight from NavePoint and both had damage to their mounting flanges presumably from being dropped on their corners. The other came via a major online retailer and similar but harder to repair damage.

threaded holes were the incorrect size
threaded holes were the incorrect size, and didn't match the screws provided. Docs say threads should be 10-32, they were actually 8-32, had to buy new screws to assemble. Very annoying

The box used to ship the materials failed completely in transit. Both sides open. Shipper had to repair.
The box used to ship the materials was completely inadequate. Both ends ripped open in transit and FED EX had to tape then closed. The box was delivered a day late by FED EX due to this. We were shocked to find out that no parts were missing, which is amazing considering that both ends were open and anything could have been easily lost. NavePoint should have packaged this MUCH better.

Outstanding Customer Service
I only needed the replacement screws as I misplaced the ones that were sent. They treated me the same as if I was spending thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend them as there products are sturdy and easy to assemble.
