Was so excited to try this after seeing the results/amazing reviews on Instagram. I only managed to drink this for a day. Alls it says on the packet is “ 100% natural” but it does not warn you of any side effects which is bizarre to me. It only says not suitable for pregnant women.

I’ve never suffered with headaches in my life, ever. But immediately after drinking the first cup I had the most awful, intense pain and pressure in my head. At first obviously I did not think it had anything to do with the kawa, but I followed the recommended consumption and drank another cup in the morning, before lunch and so on and all day I felt SO nauseous and a headache. That evening I drank another cup and threw half down the sink because my head was banging and I finally clicked on it could be because of this. I noticed that evening my face was also itchy and I had a painful rash on my chin and this was the only new thing I’d started. That night I also had the most debilitating headache worse than the night before, I decided I would throw the kawa away and not drink it again and guess what? Headache,nausea and rash has gone away and not returned.

Please make these things clear in your website that just because it’s natural does not mean it will not cause awful side effects. After googling “kawa” the evening I had an awful headache a whole list of side effects ( some more severe) came up. You should be making your customers aware of this because who knows if I would have continued drinking it what would have happened.

I tried Naya Kawa hoping it would help me lose weight, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Instead of losing weight, I actually gained 2 kg while using it.

I followed the instructions carefully and didn’t make any major changes to my diet that would explain the weight gain. I was expecting better results based on the claims, but it simply didn’t work for me.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product based on my personal experience.

I used Naya Self-Care Kava for 14 days, following all the instructions properly — drinking water, taking fiber, and using it consistently. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Instead of losing weight, I actually gained 1 kg, which made me feel really upset because I had high hopes based on the reviews.
When I complained after the first few days, the lady handling my case told me to keep monitoring and said the weight might just be fluctuating. She advised me to continue until the 14 days were completed. I followed her advice, but there was no improvement at all, and the result was even worse by the end.
What made me more disappointed was that after I emailed her again with my final update, she didn’t respond, which felt unprofessional and very discouraging.

One of the best things I would 100 percent recommend for people who are trying to lose weight and not just that but people who have problems with heartburn, problems with constipation because this tea is specially made. My personal experience with this turned out to be pretty good. I’ve only used for two months and I have already ordered my second batch because it definitely makes my waist slimmer, I don’t snack much as often because it’s very helpful. I don’t feel hungry and one of the best things there’s not much effort needed overall in losing weight. Woth this tea I walk about 30 mins a day and it definitely has helped with my health overall. 😊

I started using the kawa religiously over 2 months ago and noticed how much lighter I felt. It really helped with my bad snacking habits as I didn’t feel the need anymore to snack anymore. I could feel the difference in my size and that inches had dropped around the waist, and when I weighed myself I was gobsmacked that I’d lost 5kg in 2 weeks.

Now just taking every so often but I wouldn’t be without as it has helped so much with bloating and keeping my weight in check.
